This P.O.S. (Atari1976 here on AA) is trying to sell his fake cart again.

8 hours ago, stupus said:Depends on how much you bid on it I guess lol
The up n down box used to be in the $300 range but if 2 people bid insanely well.....
But yes the manual is about as hard to find as the box.
I am not sure why it is so elusive. The cart isn't that difficult to find. What is the reason for the manual and box being crazy rare. The last one I sold for $600 last year as a BIN on Ebay and it sold within minutes of me listing it.

5 hours ago, AtariBrian said:I wrote to him through ebay more than a month ago about just letting people in the description know that they are getting a reproduction label. He never replied if I remember correctly.
I also sent him a message, just another POS scammer on Ebay. I almost purchased one just to give him a neg.

I know of one for sale for $300 I believe. It is new in box.

I hate seeing this Marc.
I Dont have the pockets to make a fair offer on everything. Good luck with the sale.

Nice piece I have never seen anything like that before. Did CBS giveaway tee-shirts for all their title to promote the game or just this one?
I am not sure, This is the only one I have seen.

I am 2 hours from you, I could be interested but it all depends on what titles you have.
-
What 2600 stuff do you have?
-
True that on Supply and Demand good sir. We are 'merica after all!

Since you see I'm a big fan of Kaboom (see my AA forum name!
) I've paid attention to Kaboom CIBs and NIBs over the years and have typically seen CIB's for this going at best ~ $50 but this latest auction sold for over 3x anything I've seen over the years. Therefore, just wondering if someone knew something I didn't know like a variation on the label or box that I might have missed throughout the years.
Look at the sellers sold listings. He has a bunch of CIB stuff listed. Many of the items have sold for way more than what has been the norm the last few years.

Supply and demand. You can ask any price you want on ebay but that does not mean it will sell for that.
Also ridiculous prices are paid for CIB and I have no idea why other than people are willing to pay lots for CIB.
Stupid people ask stupid prices and even some stupid people pay stupid prices.
The link is a finished auction. Not just a listing with a Buy It Now.
Seems like the seller has a couple bidders bidding crazy prices on more than one of his listings.

He is for sure bidding on his own item. His motivation? who the hell knows?
relisted again.
-
All I can think is he is trying to justify the starting price of the games in hopes that someone will bid just a bit more. It is shady no matter the motivation.
-
Just a heads up on this piece of shit seller on Ebay
This Ebay seller(jwil18797) has now listed this a second time. It sold for $300 the first time and had 1 bid the whole time. The games are not even close to $300.
Of course it is the notorious 0 feedback bidder(a***l(0))
first sale with one bid.
Miraculously, He is selling the same games for a starting bid of $250 a week later. The same 0 feedback bidder has the first bid

The only difference in the boxes is that the PAL one says made in in W. Germany under the UPC code on the bottom of the box.
That is what I remember as well.

Of course, the quality control in the Tramiel-era means it could still be a PAL cartridge in that NTSC sealed box... but I guess if you don't plan on opening it who cares?
It isn't an Atari cart so Tramiel would have nothing to do with it.
-
There are some still NIB NTSC copies around. Lance still has a few in stock.

I am pretty sure I could guess who it was. There are a few that continually cancel bids, over and over.

I have many(10-12) "Atari" shirts and sweatshirts in various colors and styles. I have a couple sweatshirts with Actvision games on them as well. I probably wear one at least once a week.

Thanks for the reply, my friend,I redo the post again because I have 2 doubts, in the last post I believe no one knew or had no interest in helping me.the Funvision Karate cartridge is not on the rarities guide, only Ultravision Karate. My intention is to know if there is a way for Atariage to put the Funvision in the rarities guide and to whom should I ask for it?I would also like to know how many of these cartridges are globally known?hugsYou are still speaking with the same people? Its rare, there are not many known to exist, It is an R10. What more do you want?

I have 3 Data Age Protos and they look nothing like that. All 3 are in Data Age style carts. I would have to guess those are just Atari shells.
