The "Real" title is E.T. The Extra Terrestrial. All the others are bootlegs or unauthorized copies.

The "10" is just a number that was assigned to it many years ago. It is the most common 10 and would probably fit more as a rarity 9. I have never seen a decent fake because no other games use that style cart. You may see obvious fakes in regular Atari cart shells.
