  My girlfriend is from Japan! When she lived in Kyoto, she would hear how great the Yankees were and how many felt they were better then the Tokyo Giants! In 2001 she came to be a legalized citizen and from 2001-2011(as of now) she only saw 1 lousy World Series the Yankees won! Not only she thought the Yankees were to a joke, but shows who money was being foolishly wasted with below average results! She'll stick with Japanese baseball!
