kaypro ii in mame says 'invalid image'

you have the same folder open in both sides.. select the disk image and open that in the other side

please show the whole window also maybe download the latest version, you are using 6.3a and it's at 8.2a

you select the file on the right side in my example, and right click, and pick COPY FILE

sure it does.. first you make a disk image under the file menu, make sure you make one your controller can read.. then you open that disk image on one side, then you copy the files from the other side over to it..

gotek only works with disk images, copy them into a disk image

yes no twists in the cable.. a lot of PC cables have twists.. TWISTS ARE BAD in the TI.. If you have JUST the gotek plugged in, set it to d0 and it should answer to DSK1.

this reminds me of the issue with facemaker and finalgrom99... if you have anything else plugged in you get graphics corruption
