  5. Best to test? probably a combined cart with ROM and GROM an extended basic variant is probably the best test, the largest now being RXB2024 or XB GEM

  12. Ok it was because I had a cart loaded.. so you can't clear the memory in the gk with a cart mounted
  13. messing with the gk emulation in 261 but when i go to clear the memory it says it's wp no matter what i set the wp switch too Greg
  14. Marketing... Ha This is hobby stuff at this point if people really want something. Make it you may sell 10-100 A ram board that can be compatible with all the different memory standards for the 4a would be the game changer. Add a DSR and make it switchable for sams and myarc at least to make it xbii capable and maybe partitions as a RAM disk with backup battery or nvram .. but you better do it for the fun as the market is small and unless you make both peb and sidecar models it's even smaller
  15. Sounds like a wiring issue.. the fact that it's specific lines makes me think a common one from f u and those but there's no common so maybe a couple wires aren't connected? do you have photos of how you installed it? did you use my cable or make your own?
  16. non sequitor? did you mean to post this to the mame thread?
  17. you maybe? Have you been working on anything? hh2? hells hall?
  18. They likely consider the TI 8 bit due to the era + the bus
