  1. its a poster of the cover 11x17 (both) and 8.5x11 (just parsec) available
  2. No they're designed to run from the memory at the cartridge location. What you need is a cartridge device like a finalgrom99 I should have more stock of them momentarily in my store if you need one
  3. manual cover posters: with or without frames https://www.arcadeshopper.com/wp/store/#!/Collectables/c/26209493/offset=9 PXL_20240122_193447937.MP
  4. first it means you need to upgrade your f18a.. second means your f18a has started but your computer is hung prior to initializing the vdp.. something in that board is holding reset or making something else unhappy
  5. I've seen where the write protect switch or led/opto are bad. This causes the disk to think it's always write protected you can usually test with a multimeter to determine if it is bad. these drives are over 40 years old at this point.. some maintenance is required
  6. well the last two are the same one that's pinned in the first message of this forum so that one
  7. I made a light emitting 486/dx2/66 once.. not keyed.. weeeeeeeeee POP
  8. https://www.youtube.com/c/arcadeshopper
  9. I have both loose carts and the entire binder in my store Greg
  10. testing on PI5 bookworm os without xwindows - fail display doesn't work no matter what I use.. bookworm with desktop - works fine, set up local tipi emu install with matt's updates for bookwork (not avail on public git yet) seems to run geneve at full speed imho I made a ti basic program in gpl that runs at about the same exact speed on the real geneve as the mame geneve
  11. better off getting this https://www.pdp8online.com/mfm/
  12. I have kits for the motherboards already, and the 10" monitor but not the power supplies
  13. get the finalgrom99.zip off the ftp.whtech.com/cartridges/ folder that has the real carts the ones you are running are likely they flashrom versions that copy from rom to ram
  14. did you power the 32k and set it to EXT? also I see you posted this to 4 different facbook ti groups, this topic.. but you didn't use the tipi support topic.. I suggest using that instead of everything else
  15. seems ok at first glance, i sell a tested working one in my store.. otherwise ymmv
  16. yes ti-writer works fine, funnlweb is a software version of tiwriter and editor assembler that runs entirely from disk .. rather than a cart
  17. Display Fixed is D/F usually a text file is DF 80 or DV 80.. depending if the record length is fixed or variable. whats the number? how many sectors is the file? if it's 0 it's likely just empty "the program may go bonkers" you can't use it with the nano plugged in then as it is a disk controller as far as the TI is concerned There are many other word processors, and with a nano you should be able to run funnlweb fine from a disk it's on whtech if you need it Greg
  18. nanopeb needs a 5v DC REGULATED supply.. you will have issues with the device with a unregulated supply
  19. both are available let me know when you want the io card and I'll put it in stock tipi's set to preorder as /i'm building them to order takes a week or so for me to do that
