  1. Yeah, Capcom made a promise and they backed out of it for greed and because they knew Nintendo couldn't afford to do anything about it. Although I am curious how they plan on porting the most graphically impressive GC game to date to the PS2.
  2. More like they include an extra level in the game but in order to unlock it you have to buy a GBA and Metriod Advance and a link cable to perform the super-secret download. >_< It's good that Nintendo is taking a different approach, more attuned to multiplayer in the same house. It gives the consumer more variety. I would gladly buy an XBox for online play if I had the money and the time. With school and all, I could foresee my grades going down the drain because I'm addicted to competition and self-betterment.
  3. It might come in handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.
  4. Has anyone here played Tales of Symphonia? It's a great RPG but half of the voice-overs are lame. Some are awesome like Kratos who has a well-known professional doing his voice. Some like Collette make me want to rip my ears off my head.
  5. Too bad you're not online or we could fight back swaths of Claws together. Then again, if you could go online you wouldn't need Action Replay codes because you could just get a hacked/duped item of someone else. (and WHAT'S so wrong with porn sites may I ask??? )
  6. I like girls with above-ass-crack-tattoos. Then again I myself have a tattoo so maybe that's why.
  7. I finaly got the movie to load. I didn't see anything EarthBound related.
  8. New EarthBound on DS? My computer wasn't being nice so I didn't get to watch the movie. I'm sure my avatar says it all.
  9. Sequel to Legend of the Mystical Ninja? That's it I'm sold.
  10. Finaly got my last gold! Those last 3 songs were: We Will Rock You Rock this Town Sing Sing Sing (with a swing)
  11. My personal favorite is F-Zero GX. Incredible graphics combined with incredible gameplay. So fast and challenging it makes Korean cyborg gamers cringe. It's the most adrenaline inducing game made.
  12. -not saying that I hate Sony. I'm just saying that this gives me a better aprreciation for the engineers at Nintendo seeing as how SONY, one of the biggest electronics powers in the world, is having a hard time creating a system to compete. And from what I've heard, Nintendo is the only company still making a profit on their consoles, which is suprising considering they cost less than their competitors.
  13. This is a testament to the geniuses that design Nintendo hardware. They can both make it durable and make it cheap.
  14. lol @ that picture of the baby with fuzzy bongos. Anyway, the game has "We Will Rock You" by Queen.... Queen! (granted it's done by another group but it's hard to tell the difference) I only have 3 songs left to get gold on in gorilla. I have yet to try out duet mode with the computer assuming the 2nd player. I figure it should give me some new song-beat arrangements. The Mario and Zelda theme arrangements are very good.
  15. Haha, I liked your Cubivore review. Cubivore: The Only Game That Features Fighting Between a Cubed Pig and a Bouncing Blade of Grass Ever Thought You'd Hear Sexual Innuendos in Limerick Form From a Cubed Pig? I only got 100 Cubivores and fought the final boss. Then I had to delete my file to free up some space.
  16. Yes. Right now I'm working on getting my last 10 golds in gorilla mode. The minigames are okay. The Vine Climb will work out your arms. Banana Juggle is hard! The only reason I like Whack-a-K.Rool is the music and the fact that I can hit poor Diddy in the head with a giant steel drum. They're nothing complex though- but better than some of those annoying S.E. sets for sure. I've gotten better at hitting the drums with less force, so my hands don't hurt as bad. I personlay play it by sitting indian style on my bed and setting the controller in front of me on the bed, right next to my legs.
  17. It's just tedious after all the time you've spent sailing in the game. Plus you have to get a lot of money so you can get them decoded.
  18. Picked it up yesterday. Now my hands hurt so I'm going to take a break tonight and play some PSO Ep.3 instead. That my hands hurt from prolonged play is one of my only complaints. Good song selection. Would've liked more, but hopefully they'll release a sequel here like they did in Japan.
  19. I was in danger of not finishing it when I got to the Triforce quest. But after a month I sucked it up and beat the game. It was worth it for the cool ending.
  20. No, that's Mother 1+2, which was already released in Japan if I'm not mistaken. There's supposed to be the next one in production. I'll post some sources when I can get around to it.
  21. For what it's worth, I bought Cubivore. I shall eat their meat and grow! Wrar! But first I must find my Consume-ate and be reborn... for great wilderness to be restored to the world. [/i]
  22. I'm not a sequle person. I can't stand when a sequle uses the same exact graphics and gameplay, just remixing the old characters and graphics. When I read some snipets about what game developers had to say about the DS, most of them said "I don't know how I'd use the DS's 2nd screen in franchise X." These talented producers are tethered to the series they've carved out and can only work on sequels. It's dissapointing because I don't see a lot of innovative new games for the DS in the future.
  23. Word. It's said that Mother 3 is in production for the GBA though. I want a PS2 for a couple games, mainly the two Shin Megami Tensei games that are comming out.
