me is this happening on eBay-US I bought an Item from Lawrence Correa, on Ebay as larrysc310 , he write sent only to the United States in the Ebay Description. So I have a US shipping Address specified and paid with Paypal. Now he refuses to send the Article, probably the bidding amount was too low or has otherwise has received more for it ? He quickly canceled the purchase and paid the (Paypal) Money back, so I can not open a case Ebay, and also can not give Feedback to this Transaction. It's a Scammer and must away from eBay ! I think those People are excluded they broke a contract !!! a elephant never forgets ..............
