The game is over, sorry... I havent been able to give as much detail as I have in the past.... The next game, Carol vs the World is up, and with DZ_Jay's crew there to help cover some slack, at least for the first few days, I'll use that to catch up on the previous games, leaderboards, and stats. Now, go save Christmas!

That's right, the second annual Carol vs the World competition is among us, and once again a customized version of the home brew game is at stake. Can you make the perfect Christmas? More details will be posted here soon (updating via iPod touch atm) As last year, scoring for the HSC is 4x normal scoring due to the longer playtime Rules of the Carol vs World Championships 2 Contest Instructions Play the Christmas Carol game on your Intellivision® console or PC. At the end of the game, record your final score by taking a photograph or screen-shot of the game screen. This will serve as proof of your score. Pinball has an attract mode after 30 seconds of not touching anything. Thunder Castle sort of attracts after about 30-45 seconds, shows the level (with the opening scene cut) before going back to title. Imagic Titles Demon Attack, and Atlantis does as well. (both playing non stop until you start) As for green screen, that's basically for 82 and earlier Mattel titles, as most other creators made their own title cards to avoid showing the mattel copywrite info, and to have their own unique title screens. Mattel also in the end of it's life (83-84) started doing this as well, BurgerTime, He-Man, Buzz Bombers, BurgerTime come to mind on this line. I wonder where I can find some nice marshmellows to go with this lovely hot chocolate I'm having... (thinks...)

The issue would be if we dont have a keypad, a lot of games would either have to be rewritten or be unplayable without a keypad. BT, LNC, etc are just a couple that need the pad to get the game started, and lets not get into those that need it a lot more than that.
