  1. Yes, Tower of Doom is a great game, but if someone wanted to "hook me up" my welcome package would not be the INTV, but the Aquarius (hehehehehehe), or a 5200/7800 as I was never into Atari much as a kid, and can only come up with 2600's around here...
  2. Never really cared for INTV Pole Position, clock counted down way too fast when not actually at top speed. The game basically did a sweep for commands, drawing, etc and then took the timer counter down by 1. During start up of vehicle or crash there was a lot less for the INTV to do so the clock would run a lot quicker. Never really went for a game that seems to be cheating you
  3. Really, LV Poker & Blackjack in holy grail category... man I got many of those lol
  4. I remember one of my INTV emulators I have has Kalliera installed with it, allowing networked play between two folks. I haven't done real time games, but for stuff like BurgerTime, Lock 'n Chase, etc it works beautifully. As for homebrew games in HSC Season 2, I have no problem with them as long as the full game is available as a ROM file so those not on original hardware can participate so we don't have gaps in certain games due to not having the hardware/cartridge to do so. Mr VCS, if you need any help on INTV HSC Season 2, as last season's champ, I toss my hat into that ring, as I know you do a TON of them here on AtariAge.
  5. I dont like it (still without peppers) but doing better, and this time a pic diner152850.bmp
  6. 75,300 level 7 (still cant get Nostalgia to shoot peppers lol)
  7. first game 59,300 Level 6 (my machine must be on the fritz, as I got zero peppers to actually fire during the game, not to count the bastard CP1600 bringing them (the baddies) up on lifts at most inopportune moments lol
  8. If you want good INTV based music, search out the group Astrosmash...
  9. Based on what I've seen so far, I'm guessing that the highest level will be about 1400 USCF, so in the same ballpark. It plays a better game than one would expect, but has a strange habit of self-destructing in the middlegame somewhere around move 25. Having said that, just about all our games have been in the same basic line (1. e4 e5 2. Nc3 Nf6 3. f4 exf4?!), and I haven't systematically tried anti-computer tactics against it. Of course, it's horrendously slow on Level 5, and I expect that'll only get worse on Level 6. I thought I read somewhere that the INTV chess program have a glitch in it that caused it's algorithm to break down between moves 23 - 27. If so that's what will prevent it from being higher than 1300 or so.
  10. 31400 is all Ive managed, never really played this game much as a kid.
  11. Never really cared too much on these so without any fanfare... Atlantis - 1990 DK - 7200 MissionX - 8520
  12. Yes to the UFO, and even if it crashes, it usually 95% of the time, gets reset at daybreak. I have seen about 15-20% of the time it'll even reset early (at dusk-nite) prior to the new day, but you can never count on it.
  13. My first ditch effort (never played this as a kid) 2,482
  14. Not the screen shot, but the looks like HD screen u got the game on... I (when playing on the console) still have it on a POS old fashioned analog tv set.
  15. Two things, one are we still playing? Two, how u get that game like that
  16. Everything Camera and higher, with the exception of the Bobbie Pin, runs on the faster/harder difficulty. That is why it feels that way, as the Camera is the first to be that way. BTW, I checked, it's the 8K version, here you go...lnc - fixed.bin
  17. Nice to see you all catch up... the game has been around since 2004. (Frenzy that is)
  18. I have it, and I'd be happy to send the BIN file to ya, if you like... The major differences, (beyond the "data east" copywrite at the startup, is that Lupin is NO longer allowed to stop dead on a straight-way (aka pushing left/right during one of the tunnels next to the bank ($) will not stop Lupin inside the tunnel, and Lupin does the fold into the hat animation the arcade "Lock 'n Chase" had. I personally prefer the original 4K as I grew up using the stopping mid straightaway to reshuffle the cops where I want them (mostly to trap in corner, etc)
  19. For classic INTV... Lock 'n Chase Ice Trek Demon Attack Beauty and the Beast Nova Blast (if your into space shooters) Burgertime (OF COURSE) Some others depending on tastes can include The AD&D series (Cloudy Mountain and Treasure of Tarmin) Thunder Castle Thin Ice (Duncan hehe) He-Man, masters of the Universe (tons better than the VCS version) Venture (surprisingly for a coleco release, not bad at all) Vectron (Acquired taste) PBA Bowling and Pinball
  20. oh that game, no as it's already done, but since I still gotta play again to beat, more than likely, I did a video on lvl 1 and 2, but no audio came over, maybe you can show me what Im doing wrong in Snagit?
