I like this verson of the game a little better. It feels weird playing it. It looks different and had diferent sounds. The green verson is wicked. I like it though. Because you can't find Donky Kong on the web. It is protected by the IDSA. Donky Kong JR to.

I have it in the Midway Big Games Arcade Cabinet. I love the actual arcade in Duramold arcade as well. I bought my arcade at Big-Lots. They also had the Konmia version in the Big Games Arcade cabinet. I should have got that to. I love how both joysticks control the game. I think I played it when it first came out.
Great game. Simple and yet effective. Set the dip-switches and I'm set.

Speaking for myself:
Pac-Man CE was a great Pac-Man game.
Pac-Man playing Curling, Tennis and King of the Hill while "helping Mr. Cookie save his recipe"?? Barf!
Mendon
Remake PAC Land 2. I love that game. Call it PAC Land 3 Save The World. Have 2D graphics but better than before. Keep the slingshot game play. Make the game a huge world. Like PAC can go to Europe, Japan,etcc.... plus have the original stages in the game. Make the original stages have more though. Like eat in restaurant's, play Namco arcade games in arcades. Not just PAC games only. Work side jobs for money, drive automobile's like cars, trucks, trash trucks, etc.... PAC Land 2 is one of my favorite games of all time.

Anybody who didn't vote "White Men Can't Jump" didn't play it.
Can agree on that.
Kasumi Ninja you need to play with a friend. Actually quite a blast then.
Cybermorph, I didn't get into that one until a Jaguar High Score Club game, and then I played that all the way through. Had to leave the system up for five days straight, but did it. After a while the graphics blurs as you are playing it, and you just get emmersed with the game.
Worst game on the Jaguar currently? Really thought Towers 2 for what it had potential for felt like a unfinished game.
Fight for your life period.

Q: What are you looking to get for this?
A: Basically just the best offer. I think individually this is worth around 50k, so I am gauging the reasonableness of offers based on that figure. I am NOT saying that I'm asking 50k for this.
Q: Come on, you aren't REALLY serious about selling this, are you? There is no way you can sell this at once!
A: Believe it or not, there are people out there with enough money to buy it up at once. I've had several reasonable offers.
You may look into a local game shop to sell the lot for you on commission. I don't even think a game shop would buy the entire lot without looking at it in person. There must be several drop-off eBay sellers near Milw. WI, but then you would have to transport it to them.
Some nice items, but noting that rare that most people would bother to buy the whole lot, so this would definitely have to be a buyer within 4 to 8 hours of you and require a moving van. You will probably be waiting another few years looking for one buyer without any success.
If you already have reasonable offers you should take them and be happy. Because it is such a large lot, you will probably get too many that you feel are unreasonable, wasting your time and theirs. It may be hard to take, but breaking up the lot will be your best bet at getting the closest to $50K and a good start on a college fund. Most 4 yr colleges take 5 yrs to complete now because they only offer classes every other semseter.
How much are you asking for it all.

Pong and Space Race. The two machines were side-by-side at a Shakey's Pizza Parlor. I also remember playing a pong-type game on an Odyssey system that a friend had. I'm not sure which I played first. I remember that the Odyssey didn't keep score for you and had no sound. It seemed primitive to me and unfinished. That aspect may have something to do with why Ralph Baer didn't get the credit he deserved for developing the early technology.
I played Matell handheld football game.

Hi all,
As the thread title states, I am trying to find someone who would be interested in doing some writing for Classic Gaming Quarterly. I would like to start a new category in the "Features" section that would cover modern games that have a connection to classic gaming. These could be games that are sequels to classics, like Rygar, Maximo, or Prince of Persia for PS2, New Super Mario Bros for DS/Wii, Wolfenstein for Xbox 360, or games that are not directly connected to old franchises but have game play with a retro flavor, like Shadow Complex, Braid, Geometry Wars, etc. There are no set rules for this but I think you get the idea.
I am tentatively referring to this section as "Modern Classics", but that doesn't sound very good so I am welcome to suggestions. Basically I am looking for someone who can make this section their own, meaning that I am not looking to tell someone what to write about or how often articles need to be submitted. You would have the freedom to write about whatever games get you excited. I have a few ideas for articles that I would like to write in that vein, but I'm busy enough with other parts of the site. The only thing I will do is edit the articles as a means of quality control (editing grammar, spelling, etc.)
The fine print - There is no money involved here. I make exactly zero dollars off of the site (it costs me money to run and I make no income off of it.) It's a hobby for me because I love to play old games and I love to write and be creative. I am looking for other people who feel the same way. While any content submitted becomes the property of the site, you are free to re-print/post/publish it anywhere you wish as long as it contains something along the lines of "This article originally appeared on Classic Gaming Quarterly on xx/xx/20xx". I am also not asking for any kind of commitment. If you just want to write an article or two, that's great. If you want to become a permanent part of the team, that's great, too. If you don't give a hoot about modern games but want to write something else for the site, that would also be cool. I could definitely use some help with the "Do-It-Yourself Gamer" section. The only thing that I want to keep to myself are the classic game reviews.
If you have any questions or are interested, drop me a PM or e-mail me at [email protected] Thanks for reading.

I have a 2 player Joust sit down arcade. I found it 3 years ago. It has no ROM board in it. It was almost mint condition. It was as dusty as hell it self. I cleaned it up. I got it for free if you can believe that. A man had it in back of a old store that closed down. He was going to throw it away.
I still can't even imagine how many arcades were thrown away over the years. I would love to save them all.
-
I realy don't buy all that much. I just buy games off Ebay a few arcades and things. I mostly buy games at Walmart and EB.
I have 2 homes a 6 cars 4 trucks. I'm not rich.
I go out to eat at a different all you can eat buffets evey night. I just have to chose which one Ryan's or Shoneys. So I tell people that makes me rich. When I was a kid I went out to eat once a year. So eating out makes me feel rich.
I just have 300 dolars to spend a week.
I have 12 old game machines off ebay. 5 fake arcades. 40 real arcades and few odds and ends. I have new game machines like Xbox, Xbox 360, PS2, PS1 and Super Nintendo. I have over 500 games for the PS1. 60 games for the others machines. Every Turbo Grafix, Duo, 3DO, and Lynx games.
My wife buy's clothes. I got suit's and things for church. So I do not buy much clothes. I like t shirts and things like that. I got a Elvis Presley collecton that is huge. Video games as well.
So mostly we help the church, poor, and hungry. Give a lot away. We do not need all of it.
I alway said if I had money I help people, go out to eat every night, and buy everything I ever wonted and I did. I never wanted much expect video games and food. Growing up I had a Atari 2600 and 7 games. Nintendo 20 games. Lynx 12 games. SuperNintendo and 14 games.
I just buy games or give money to family. Those gifts are allways perfect. Gift cards to. Free lunch at the factory. Pizza, Subways, Home cooked style food from Franks mostly.
So it is all good.
-
Here is the deal. I own a factory. So I got the money. I just aked my but my wife said no. We are not rich but better off than most. When I saw them I had no ideal what the was at first.
So I can not buy them. But if my wife changes her mind then I will. We always discuss the cash we spend. She will call me today somtime. If she says no again the deal is off. I just bought a 15 thousand dollar machine for my factory.
Plus I would have reserch things out befor I make any thing. I never realy thought that far. Except once in my head.
I just thought as a collecter stand point how often do you buy or have somthing like that. It would be like buying the playstation one molds.
I just love weird things.

I went to a Circut City. And I saw the display stand. I looked at the Playstation One, The 3do because of a fighting game that was a clone of Mortal Combat with wicked rock music. 2 weeks later I went back and loked at the Jaguar. I also read about it in my local paper. Later when it was discontiude I bough 15 machines for my family. Aunt's and cousion's. I got 3 of each for my self. I went back to Circut City and they thew the display out back. I talked them into leting me buy it plus the 3do display. They talked to 6 other Circut City's. I got 6 Jaguar and 3do display stands. My mom's sister has one of them.
I also got the Turbo Grafx and Duo display stands the same way. I got my Jaguar's at Wallmart. I got 14 of each game. My family has 2 of each game. The cart unit was 30 dollars. The cd unit was 50 bucks. Then one day I found 8 games at Wallmart for 50 cents. 3 years later. Then I found A bunch of games at KB discount store in Pigen Forge. 2 weeks later I asked the store if the had the machines. I got 3 cart machines for 30 bucks a pop. 6 cd machines for 70 bucks.
3 weeks later a local pawn shop had 2 Jaguar's and 3 cd units. I got them all for 20 dollars. I then found a bunch of Jaguar's games for a dollar new unopend at a yard sell. I used to find them all the time. Not anymore.
I never bought from MyGoAtari.com. My friend would like to buy from there. Are the any good.
I like ever game for the system. I bought my family the Turbo Grafx the same way. Duo to.
We all play the Jaguar all the time. every friday night after we go out to eat. We love the Jaguar and the Duo. We play for money. I own my own factory. They work for me.
I would like to buy them a lynx. But is MyGoatari.com a good place to buy games.
-
I could use them for that. I'm thinking real hard on buying them. I'm not rich but money is no object. I just have enough of it to go around.
I just collect weird things and I love the Jaguar.
-
I would love to buy them. I've got the cash to boot. But I don't know if I will. I would love to have them for my video collection. what could I do with them.

Hello I'm new to the fourm. I found on Ebay the hydrolics machine to make the Atari Jaguar and cd unit. I also thinks it makes the carts to.
The price is over 5 thousand dollars. If I buy them and I'm thinking about it. What could I do with them. Could I get them to work and how.
Could I make the Jaguar and cd console with out the guts. I realy just wan't to buy the for the collectable aspect. I collect video game consoles and different related things.
Nice fourm. I read all the time but never posted here before. What do you think they are worth. I just think how cool is that to say I have the machine that made the machine.
Thanks.

Philip's CDI, RCA Studio 2, Emerson Arcadia 201, Epox Computer System and PC Engine Super Grafx because only 5 games made for it. RCA Studio 2 had a decent football game though.
