  1. Updated. Will get some pics up this weekend.
  2. But there were ties between Sydney and Sierra as far as I understand. Dang it. Gotta get a new phone as I can't open the Collectors List on my ancient S3!!!! ED: can't type right either.
  3. That is awesome Charles. I'm glad that I could be of service by providing this information to you and others. Sean Myers and John Lundy have been awesome with this stuff over on the Coleco Adam Facebook page and I would recommend checking it out and posting everything there as well. That replica disk drive case is awesome!
  4. That would be a great find and a very surprising one considering i've acquired a number of collections from former Coleco employees over the years who were avid gamers and none of then had Wild Western. But then again, no one had what J-F acquired.
  5. From your list, Luc, here's hoping it is Dino Eggs... but I don't think it is. Highly doubt it's Berenstain Bears as the CV KidVid adapter was never completed, just an empty shell as pictured in one of the Coleco kits distributed at CES. Rip Cord makes sense, but I hope it isn't the gane cause we got a much better version from Russ Kumro than Coleco would have provided. Ice Palace by Xonox.... PLEASE NO!!! Ms. Pac-Man... see above only cause we already have the best version possibke thanks to Opcode. 005... hmmm, could be on to something.
  6. That is in the Unreleased section of my list!!! Nonetheless, too good to be true and not obscure enough. Hmmm, thinking it could be a game Coleco developed for Parker Bros. that they never released.
  7. That is awesome J-F. There are far too many peopke who missed out on theae games for various reasons that will appreciate the opportunity to finally acquire a rom version. Is there a complete list of the roms included in this rom pack. I didn't see it on your website. Hope this all works out for the best... people finally get what they have been asking for re rom releases and CollectorVision gets much needed $$$ for all the on-going projects.
  8. Hmmm... Cabbage Patch Kids: Workout.... nah Energy Quizz.... nah
  9. Ghostblaster was released by NewColeco and the rom image has been available for years on Daniel's site as well as many others.
  10. The ADE by Sean Myers has seen a number of updates that can be viewed on Sean's GitHub page at: https://github.com/Kalidomra/AdamNet-Drive-Emulator?fbclid=IwAR0YMIc-HI1ACdwOVlT82DCEd-uvHy6YFMc4ZmYyyv3831fkkQofSKySsGA Here are the latest updates that were shared by John Lundy on the Coleco ADAM Facebook page: Sean Myers released the ADE version 0.4 yesterday. Version 0.4 - Added large disk image support. - Added flag to disable the FACE command. This ties in with the large disk image support. - Added SD card commands. Adam can access the directory and mount images. - Added a delay to enable exact timing of an original disk drive. Default is 0. - Added the connection to the AdamNet reset line. This will enable a boot disk to be auto-mounted on an Adam reset. - Added the ability to assign a book disk. - Added the ability to use digital buttons. The boot.dsk concept is what I really like on this release. He created a proof of concept boot.dsk image that loads SmartBasic and runs the HELLO program to grab the directory from the ADE SD card and displays it on the ADAM to select and run a program of your choice. I'm thinking William Hicks (Milli) could take his awesome CVE frontend and really make this feature look and perform great. Good news is that it looks like a production run of the ADE will be made and Sean is now a member of AtariAge, so hopefully he will chime in soon.
  11. Retroillucid... seeing as we'd like to get this thread back on topic, can be get some hints? If so, is it listed in the "Unreleased" section of the Collectors List that I assembled and that Ikrananka now manages?
  12. Actually, once you have created a CopyCart data disk in disk image format, all tou have to do is copy your rom file to it using the Adam Image Manager program.
  13. Use ADAMem SDL with ADAMem Manager and make sure to tick the Coleco ADAM switch. Mount your rom image, mount the Copycart disk image, mount a blank disk or DDP images, Launch ADAMem, CopyCart loads and then create a CopyCart media from the blank image and proceed to dump the mounted rom image.
  14. Eric Pearson released this Windows tool in 2018.... I re-wrote "ADAMDsk" by Payton Byrd in to "ADAM Image Manager" and added all the features I wished "ADAMDsk" had. All the features are listed below. If you have a Virtual Disk Drive or IDE interface using CF or SD cards you will probably find this utility useful. I wrote it under Windows 10 but I expect it will work with Windows 7 or 8 also. It is a version 1 so all the "use at your own risk" warnings apply. Rename the file to a .EXE to run the setup. Features: ADAM Image Manager allows you to manipulate the contents of ADAM DDP, DSK and IDE images on your PC. It was inspired by ADAMDsk created by Payton Byrd. ADAM Image Manager follows the disk interleave structure of ADAM DSK images. - Copy from an ADAM DDP, DSK or IDE image to another ADAM DDP, DSK or IDE image. - Copy a file from an ADAM DDP, DSK or IDE image to your PC. - Copy a file from you PC to an ADAM DDP, DSK or IDE image. - Copy a file from a CP/M DSK image to your PC. - Copy a file from your PC to a CP/M DSK image. - Delete an ADAM file in any type of ADAM image. - Rename an ADAM file in any type of ADAM image. - Examine/Change the Attributes of an ADAM file. - Examine/Change Volume attributes. - Crunch an ADAM image, removing deleted files and wasted space. - Block copy from image to image and to PC file. - Create new ADAM image media DDP or DSKs. ADAM Image Manager v1.0 (2018) (Eric Pearson).zip
  15. Actually, the last update to my text version was v2.11 on June 26, 2015. Hate to say it, but I am done updating it as I just don't have the time anymore to maintain it and continue working on the CV&ADAM Archive... with a lot of my focus on ADAM now.
  16. Wrong, Wrong and Wrong again. ADAMem DOS and ADAMem SDL do not automatically execute the cartridge rom image as long as you use the switch -adam . You gotta read the instructions. I am also pretty sure that Mame/Mess function correctly as Trebor has stated, I just haven't used them in years. Now, Virtual ADAM frontend made by Steve Pitman does contain this bug, but it's not the fault of the ADAMem emulator that is included in the Virtual ADAM package. It is a known issue with the frontend that Steve never got around to fixing, I personally use ADAMem SDL by Geoff Oltmans and the frontend ADAMem Manager by Marcel de Kogel as my preferred ADAM emulator setup although I love all the extras built into the frontend Virtual ADAM.
  17. Making updates is exactly why I started the Collectors List thread. I couldn't imagine people re-entering their collection info after I made available a new version, so I wanted one master list and then anyone could post corrections, additions, etc. in the thread. Unfortunately, only the usual suspects contributed and life got real busy for me. I would make one master version and then make update files available for the end-user to enter by themselves.
  18. I understand what Joe is saying re. a print option and hopefully something could be worked out. If not, thankfully there are numerous ways to access these files or convert them for use with DOS and Windows programs. Where there is a will or a need, there is a way.
  19. Retroillucid... if the person who would be or might be developing the Adam core for the Phoenix needs any help or suggestions, please let me know. I would also recommend that he contacts Geoff Oltmans seeings as he has done a lot of work over the years improving Adamem as well as adding new features and hardware support.
  20. My first thought was Tac-Scan, but then I did some research in my archive that killed that guess.... Tac-Scan by Coleco Developed by Nuvatec Inc. Designed by Jim Wolf, Joe Clark. The ColecoVision FAQ says, "the first two stages of Tac-Scan were completed at Nuvatec, Inc. before Coleco instructed that all work on it be stopped". - From AtariAge member PingvinBlueJeans: Regarding Tac/Scan, it never got to a playable state, and whatever code existed is not likely to have survived. The Digital Press Guide says this... Quote: According the ColecoVision FAQ, the first two stages of Tac-Scan were completed at Nuvatec, Inc., by Jim Wolf and Joe Clark before Coleco instructed that all work on it be stopped. I assume people think Tac/Scan is out there because of this, but that info is vague and not entirely accurate. I spoke with an ex-Nuvatec programmer a few years back and I asked him specifically about Tac/Scan. This is what he told me... Quote: Tac-Scan was pulled because Coleco was not able to come to royalty terms with Sega. It never got beyond the background screens before it was pulled, so nothing was saved and there really was no game play yet. Joe & Jim worked on another game after that but I don't remember what it was. Possibly another that was cancelled. In any event, Coleco started Tac-Scan BEFORE negotiating the rights, assuming the owner would love to have this done. It pissed off Sega who then wanted far more than the usual amount and Coleco scrapped the game. Also, since Tac-Scan used a vector display for the arcade game, what we attempted to replicate on a TV was far from a decent implementation. So it was good that it was pulled. We were not happy with how it was going to look and we took pride in our work. That was why Coleco "instructed that all work on it be stopped". Sorry, but no Tac/Scan on the CV unfortunately. So my next guesses would be Phoenix, Vanguard and Wild Western, but I'm sure I'm wrong and it's actually..... Ripley's Believe It or Not by Roklan Is that one obscure enough!!!
  21. Thank you very much! I remember very well the back and forth with the guy(s) that owned the prototype cartridge and after stating to them that it sounds like it was just a self running demo how things went quiet for a long stretch. Glad to hear that things eventually worked out and awesome that you have decided to share the rom dump with everyone.
  22. If it's only a demo, why not release a rom image already for all to enjoy like I have done in the past with so many items I was lucky enough to acquire such as the A.E. game that I GAVE to you to make a CIB run.
  23. To quote a famius line from the movie Caddyshack.... Well, we're waiting!!!!
