  1. What do you mean by inaccuracies? It is the same code the only thing you are going to have a problem with is the emulator screwing up the sound or the speed of the game.
  2. He could be a snapping turtle and he rips apart his prey and leaves carnage in his wake.
  3. If you are that inpatient then this hobby is definitely not for you because there is a lot worse than this ahead for you when buying things. It is not a dig, I am just saying that this wait is nothing so if you can't handle it then you probably shouldn't get into this because everything else is a lot worse and is going to drive you insane.
  4. I think it was immediate but that was years ago when I bought it. Remember it is only monday and it is the holiday season with crazy schedules. This is not a Walmart with thousands of employees. True timely email responses are always wanted but nobody has any idea how much work or other life stuff affects companies like that since they are not staffed like a huge company would be staffed. I may be more forgiving than most but as long as someone responds to me within a week I never give it a thought. Now a couple other companies response to customers have been bordering on inexcusable. As long as they don't make that class of sellers I think everything will be ok.
  5. so TRUE, Like your jungle hunt cart is normally worth a lot but since it is in such bad shape I would think the manual is now more valuable than that cart.
  6. Actually to me it looks like it could be water damage and then of course it still wasn't opened but was sitting in water. Of course that is not any better for someone paying all that money.
  7. I actually like slurpy. I got hooked on it when we played it in HSC one year. It can be addicting just like any other game when you get the hang of it. Most of the other XONOX games I am not too fond of though.
  8. true, most people are not collecting sticker differences (Note Victory even has different Box for this variation 1 to have been seen exisitng) but those were the hardest for me to find even though they still didn't cost a lot because usually the seller has no idea what he is selling. No i like many others failed to notice when the Victory box was in a group of other games so missed out on it like many others.
  9. I agree he should keep programming but I think he is not working hard enough. I have seen fortune builder a lot on ebay lately.
  10. coleco was never like intellivision. Intellivision had overlays for every game. Coleco had them for just a few. I think that is why they didn't bother to create the same offer the intellivision one had. Also the intellivision guys were highly involved with that production which is why it is WAY better than the coleco one and has the overlay offer.
  11. don't have time to answer fully but most of what we consider rarest and hardest titles to get are for CIB and even though the rarity might increase the price of a cart only there really are not too many cart only that are considered hard to find except non commercial carts
  12. Nice now that is my kind of Black friday shopping. Although I will only be getting the Intellivision one since the coleco one is so bad and I have a coleco with every game already.
  13. he isn't showing you the cart though. I guess it is not outrageous to pay 100 bucks for the black cart but the only one that is worth a lot of money is the yellow cart.
  14. I hate when a game ends up in la-la ROM land.
  15. I hope blue carts were made since I paid extra for a blue cart.
  16. I am sure he will sell you another set
  17. I feel bad for whoever bought that one. Only the yellow cart version of pacman is worth that much. There are a ton of the pacman black carts made.
  18. granted I am not a good source because I hardly ever went into an arcade but I remember getting all these games on coleco having never saw them in the arcades. Granted the popular common ones like donkey kong of course I saw.
  19. Unfortunately since galaga and comic bakery soon are going to exist in another release I doubt anyone will ever pay over 100 bucks for those two specific prototypes. i know I have had a lot of fun with my comic bakery prototype so it is not that big a deal but I guess when I am 80 and selling my collection it is not going to give me my return on purchase.
  20. Just watched and paused the show with the game and compared the box to online boxes. It was the Atari 2600 version. I thought it was just some other game but when you watch closely before he mentions the game you see that it is a smurf game. I wonder if he said the line wrong or if the prop guy gave them the wrong box not knowing the difference.
  21. Correct he does mention it as colecovision smurf but if you look closely it definitely is not a colecovision box. It looked like a coleco intellivision version from the side.
  22. It is nice to see extras being added to the ports. Don't get me wrong I have never played any of the ports because I don't play emulation but it would be nice for this to be the norm to get extra levels or extra things on ports instead of just a direct port.
  23. I don't frequent the intellivision forums which game is partially broken for intellivision
