I think it is kinda funny that now a days everyone rants on twitter or the new technologies when back in the day this happened my parents just did whatever they had to do. My parents told me they went to a multitude of stores for many months for both colecovision and cabbage patch dolls (for my sister). They told me when they finally got a colecovision after months it was standing at this store for 6 hours while the shipment was coming in where they finally got one. Now a days people just complain instead of hunting and watching for them coming. Just saw news articles of hatchanimals and NES coming to stores. There are still ways to get them.

because they just see high prices things are going for everywhere and really have no idea what any of it is. With the condition of those things they found them somewhere or in a relatives house and have no idea about colecovision at all.

It is a mini cart ehhh! Minicarts SUCK stop using them. That is the best advise I can give you for future. Now I am disappointed while waiting for mine.

It is kinda disappointing seeing these re releases without improvements or changes. I mean it is probably nice for the newbies to get the game but boring for the rest of us. I hope the other games in that picture which people have for free are vastly improved and not just adding a box and manual to make people pay for those games.

Thats because there are a lot of people that have no idea what they are doing putting bids in. And sometimes it is nefarious but most of the time it is just bad bidders who have no idea how to keep an auction from going crazy. Which I guess that is good for sellers since there are so many of these horrible "special" buyers.

Both games have original telegames manual. I would assume the skiing clamshell was added by who I bought them from since the original telegames bag was in it. It is actually the manual that is slipped into the clamshell plastic covering, I thought it was a copy but it is the manual. I will try to take a picture tomorrow.

I think the only time flicker pissed me off was tapper. But that might be because I loved the game so much and was mad that it was not perfect.

I believe the clamshell is an extra that they added a copy of the manual front in the clamshell. I am saying that because inside the clamshell is the empty telegames bag that I am sure the game probably came in. So I have both amazing bumpman and skiing with their original telegames stapled bag. The amazing bumpman is still sealed and the skiing of course is outside because it was put in the clamshell.

The original colecovision controller with the top changed to a ball knob is awesome and 100 times better. If they originally used this design I don't think anyone would have ever complained about the controllers.

Threshold doesn't seem to come around too often that is why it usually goes high. That is pretty cool that you got lucky to not pay the big price.

I hate this new facebook only update system. Didn't they see how many people said they didn't have facebook when they mentioned it before.

That just means when he sells something people are happy with him. Most people would have no idea that he is having some friend or someone else up the price on them.

Since the description mentions that it came from a guy that wrote reviews I would think it has to be the release candidate. You wouldn't want to send a reviewer a buggy non finished version of the game to review.

I found a limited release for like $180 around the same time he had that one on his website for 600. Not sure how the market price is 600 when I paid 180. Funny how people will raise prices when something on Ebay sells for big but they will never lower them when something sells for less than their price. I usually don't get the limited releases unless something is different about them. However for 180 bucks I thought having the green cart would be cool.

Those Video Club Packages have gone high before on ebay. You probably paid an higher than average price at 160 but I think I remember some going for higher. Hell ya can't really complain when you get something hard to get. Sometimes you will pay too much and sometimes you will get a deal. You just have to be happy that you got that hard to get item. I had to pay 800 to get an original CIB of Boulder Dash. Few months later someone got one for little less than 500. However I got my Math Wiz CIB for 500 and now look at the people buying them for 1000. It is just how the cookie crumbles.

Oh I agree I am sure they ignore the big infringements as well, I just mean there are tons of us reporting things and unless you are a big corporation sending them a letter they seem to not care about anybody who is reporting the problems. So if our group could start turning out 100s of millions of dollars of profit then ebay will start to take the listings down when we complain. I am sure they won't take them down from their own due diligence and in depth examinations that they do.
