NIAD put out some info on all the Adam games that will give you pictures and what the games are like if you do a search in this forum. It was real informative. I don't care about Adam at all but it was interesting to read all the information.

Now that there is a guy that steals and reproduces things to try and ruin everyone here, I think it pretty much guarantees that you will never see anyone ever sell just a Rom even though no one ever really wanted to in the colecovision scene..
-
never played those games with the SAC but if I had those overlays I would give it a try.
-
I remember someone looking at the rom, you should do a search for topic. Don't remember if it was actually accomplished or just looked at.

Yurkie has a BIOS that not only allows you to skip the startup screen by pressing the fire button, but also includes a Sewer Sam fix by youki. This is the BIOS I put in my CVs and I have had no problems with it whatsoever.
Nice, if my Yurkie fixed colecovision ever starts to go bad again I will have to remember to tell him to put the new Bios in.

-
If you replace the Bios with one of the Bios that people have changed they have gotten rid of the delay. I think they changed the delay to 3 seconds and if you hit the fire button it switches immediately to the menu.
This Bios does break 2 games however if that matters to you. I think it was sewer sam and something else.
DK is one of the smallest games and usually the one that breaks last so if that is garbled up it is pretty good estimate that you need to clean and relube your on/off switch.
There are topics on forum for how to fix switch. If that doesn't work then you probably need a new huge brick plug.

I don't know I think a different thing like maybe the disc toss verse computer or other players. Or maybe a tron adventure game going through screens and you have a disc to toss to protect yourself against enemies. You must get to the end to be able to leap out of the arcade game.

alphabet zoo is moody. Sometimes it goes for a little over $100 and sometimes when nobody is watching people can steal it for cheap.
Usually collectors are main buyers because it is an ok game but like all the learning games nobody is buying it because they want to play it all the time. They are buying it to add to the collection.

your mathwiz could go for big bucks I would sell that alone. However someone just put one on ebay so unfortunately if you would have beat him you might have got a higher price. I would wait until that one is done and see if there were several bidders driving the price. If there were only 2 then maybe you want to wait a while to hopefully increase demand.
If you have box for what looks like adam in picture I would sell that seperate too. If you are not able to test it though then people are not going to pay a lot for an untested adam that could be trashed.
Same with the coleco, if you can't test it then you are going to lose a lot of money, nobody is going to pay a lot for a system they know fails a lot and may need work if not tested.
The other games look pretty common, it was hard to tell what all of them were. Your stack of games are average unless there is an alphabet zoo in there then that is worth a little more.
-
That escalated pretty quickly!
yeah it is suprising how many bad ebay bidders exist. You need at least 1 bidder so they can't make a deal or take it away and the rest should just wait until the end to put how high they want to pay. You may lose it but at least the price wouldn't go skyrocketing.

Mathwiz on ebay is fun to watch, but I'd like to see an auction for Xonox Tomarc the Barbarian / Motocross Racer and Sir Lancelot / Robin Hood double enders NIB some day ... That would be entertaining...
So far all the double enders that have been out there have all seemed to have a BIN. Usually goes fast unless it is the one that a lot of us have the chuck norris / artillery duel.
I have that one and the european sir lancelot / robin hood. I would think both canadian and european would be well fought over.

Well, this was something we were forced to do due to cash flow. Truth is, I don't like doing protos either. That is why in the future if we need to do that again, we will offer the games through Opcode Club, but at a much larger run.
Does opcode club mean facebook or the people on your newsletter? Remember a lot of us didn't have facebook.

Destructor is a deeply flawed game, when you stop to think about it: Unless you did what I did (i.e. hunt for Destructor eggs, which was kind of fun) there was absolutely no incentive to drive very far away from your home base. Just drive around a little bit and you could find a spot not far from the base where Krystaloids appeared, then you could just go back and forth between that spot and the base, and never bother to explore the rest of the map, unless you insisted on finding a teleport pad just to taunt Destructor.
Was "2010 - The Graphic Action Game" ever released on other consoles/computers? My post about this game earlier in this thread seems to have been completely ignored, for some reason...

Because you are the only one that liked 2010.
Just kidding, I still have not managed to try this game out yet. -
Thought the thread was for original ColecoVision games -- i.e. released when the CV was still in production as opposed to ones released after it was discontinued.
that is what the title implies but if you read his first post then he is talking originally produced by coleco. No sure what it matters to limit it so much since there were not a lot.

Back in January I traded messages with Ed about buying these protos, and he said he'd hold them for me and contact me once he was back from Brazil. When I didn't hear back in February I PM'd him again to check, but never got a response. Same thing with my last PM back in March...no reply. I just assumed he hadn't gotten around to making these yet, but now that I see you got yours I'm wondering what's up?
Did other people who bought these already get theirs as well?
Just want to know what the situation is.
yep got mine. I have a very RARE sparkie because he forgot to sign that one.

It is possible if you only wanted 1 or 2 that someone who wanted all of them made it easier for him than trying to sell piecemeal.
-
Please make another batch of these games.
Its pretty obvious there's a demand.

the whole point of it was for him to get money for him to produce more sgms and games.
If he makes more nobody will ever buy them for big bucks again. Hence, you are asking for something that is not going to happen.
-
Is this the same as when your a mechanic you have the old beater that looks like crap of a car and falling apart even though you fix and make all your customer's rides as good as new.
-
I just bought a normal one not the limited edition just wondering why it is so important that you are counting up who bought them? Why do you care?
-
if you have the atari adapter and you can test that and you still get the same white screen then it has to be RF problem because the atari module blocks out everything except RF to play the games.
-
I hope all the intellivision and 5200 crap is april fools.

-
at least they are not all the huge common worth nothing games that everyone has.
-
To me that developement lab thing is nothing special. It is good enough to own the game no need for a special sticker. 61 that it is at now is fine. I wouldn't pay more than 100.
-
Nothing going on here, please disperse.
These are not the droids you are looking for.
-
yep that is how that version looks. Telegames always either had the crappy clamshell or not box at all.

Everything he sells is bootlegs. His shitbox is still a bootleg of the SGM
