This is VERY true. When the economy drops, people are out of work and have more time to search their attics, garages, etc.. When they hear about some millionaire that just bought Action Comics #1 for 1.5 mil , it gets them all fired up with hopes of hitting the collector's lotto. Also sometimes the wealthy will get bored and trade rarities around to shoot the shit and make the news (This is rare but DOES happen) to chat about with thier buddies at the CC. I for-see a HUGE spike in VG collecting for at least 6 mos-1year. If you have something truly "rare" sell, as it may become uncommon as more people dig up their stuff.

I need that cartridge too and I have over 350 to 400 games. Was this cart really that rare???? The rarity guide said it was only an R5 and then i checked on ebay there is a few going cheap and some buy it nows for like 25 bucks. Anyway,cebus paypal'd me 15 bucks to do this little stunt so i dont care anyway. plus,now i need this cart for my collection!!! ROFL!!! Oh well it happenz. I personally would never let anger get me to destroy such a rare cart or comic book, etc.. Now joysticks are another matter entirely! /points to a huge pile of busted Nes-PS2 joysticks

Wow, these stories are Amazing!! I gave up on Treasure Master lol couldn't get past the second level /fail! I did recently see a vid somewhere of a guy beating the game without dying. was that you??? amazing! For the NES worlds, you just missed getting a gray cart? uggh, that woulda been a nice trophy! And on top of that you'd be the only person(?) with 2 of the top 10 rarest games EARNED. Amazing!

SCREEN: Pic of The Assisted Suicide building out back Level 3 Fight off the workers at the Soylent factory. Screen saying. "It's people, SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE!" Then you start back at level 1 (Using the limitations of the 2600, I would say this is probably the best scenario)

Here's a neat one Went to a garage sale on the way back from lunch, and spotted a monitor in the "Free pile". The guy said it was in the garage for like 25+ years and wasnt sure if it still worked, so I took it lol Gave it to my friend. He was surprised to see it was a Commodore 64 monitor with AV cables! Dated September 1983. He'll let me know if it works. That day he went to a flea market and bought 150 random 2600/5200 and INTV carts for $1 ea. He gave me some that I needed (Including one that felt heavy, it was indeed an eprom inside of an 2600 Activision game) (No its not an unreleased game, just a mediocre title. Ice Hockey. yay lol)

The gold medalist was from Middlesex England. I always said that he finished ahead of me, because he had the home continent advantage. Ahhh. d'oh! what were the final scores between you and him? Again grats on all your amazing achievements!!
