  1. Yes...u showed me the video awhile back...that is what got me excited about the whole thing. Are you making any plans for it or are u going to put it on the Works in Progress section? Im going to hold you to the Side Trak date...remember the conversation/arrangment we had a while back? I think it was Xmas Day. Thats what I meant when I was talking about "bugging you"....
  2. Kinda off topic...but does anyone know who will repair a Magnavox VH-8000 or VH-8005? Most LD service centers dont want to touch these Magnavisions...and this is very important to me. Can anyone help?
  3. That's why I coin it "douching". Everyone knows to rinse after a good douche. Or do they? .......So thats why I always smell like rotten tuna and old cheese!
  4. So J-F.......I saw on the Collectorvision site where Side Trak has a tentative release date of December 2012. Is that correct or a typo? Just wondering. I had thought I remembered a tentative date of like Jan. or Feb. 2012 for Side Trak, Burn Rubber, and Chess Challenger. This doesnt count as bugging you does it..since Im not asking for it any earlier? Switching gears for a minute.... Are you ever going to try to promote the making of the Coleco Skiing game? That would be majorly awesome!
  5. I'd be careful about what I sprayed in or around the unit or games. I know alot about this subject...and many household cleaners contain all sorts of things that work like solvents. get it on the wrong part and you can really mess up your metal plate...or end up taking the sheen like layer off the plastic and it will look really dull and crappy. Bounce seems okay. Warm water w/ regular dishwashing detergent should be okay too...but patience is the key. Eventually..after being in your house for awhile much of the smell will wear off. Baking soda and/or vinegar in warm water may be okay too...but it will need to be rinsed off. Be careful w/ vinegar on metal. It could cause corrosion if it's not stainless type or whatever. Febreeze would leave it sticky.
  6. I take it you want to sell them together and not potentially separately....is that correct?
  7. Arcade versions of: GORF COSMIC AVENGER VENTURE With your talents, these games could look and play just like the arcade versions I'm sure.
  8. Cool, I get it now. Sometimes you have to explain it like I'm a child...I'm not gifted in a technical way... Appreciate your response!
  9. The adapter would be quite simple, I just don't want to deal with another hardware in the immediate future. But I will finish Arkanoid eventually, the game is like 70% done anyways... Eduardo So I'm still not sure what you are saying about the paddle controller adapter. If your plans don't include an adapter for paddle controllers, then when you do get a chance to release Arkanoid in the future, will it just be played without paddles? I guess what I'm wondering is: if there is no adapter for paddles included with this hardware project, then how would you include them (if that's your plan) later? Does that mean that paddles would only be on the CV 2 project? Or would you eventually have to start over and make another expansion module just for paddle adapters? Just wanna understand your thoughts.
  10. They obviously don't know about the multiple other online retailers where you can just go and purchase one without having to bid. I went to one of my usual sites and priced this package at $110 there....and if I were to google a little more, I could probably get all of these same items for $80 without even leaving this comfy chair. Yep...people are stupid....AND LAZY....
  11. Just be careful switching the Colecovision on and off many times between each game. This can definitely cause problems of it's own. Good Luck!
  12. Maybe I should start begging you to get certain games recoded and published since Max has had such a success....all this positive reinforcement.... Anyway...looks like a cool game..I'll be picking up a copy...and congrats on the new site. It looks great!
  13. I saw this on the new Collectorvision site last nite and chuckled to myself. Made me think of all those posts of you begging for someone to remake this game for Colecovision. Congratulations...guess it paid off.
  14. I love the store shelf artwork on the home page. Cool
  15. I will have to think about this as I can't remember alot about the Arcade...when I get a chance I'll have to do a little research...Thanx for the tip!
  16. It's a level clear and you have to press 0 on both controllers simultaneously.
  17. Yeah...like I said: My statement from the other day was kinda misleading, but I didn't want to give away what it was. Seemed like more fun that way.
  18. So I just now figured out how this trick was intended to work. I've had a few private conversations on the subject and found out that I kinda cheated in stumbling upon it, having my Coleco controllers connected via my Roller Controller. I had meant to pause the game but accidentally hit the wrong button. Turns out that without the roller controller, you have to hit the same button simultaneously on both controllers. HINT: Try to figure it out while in a game of Ms. Pac Man...it's more obvious than whle playing Pac Man or Pac Man Plus. Let the rest of us know when you have it.
  19. I'm super excited about the coming of Donkey Kong Arcade and new hardware for the Colecovision! Keep up the genious work!

  20. Okay....so maybe I used a misleading phrase by saying "move forward in the game a little faster"...I just didn't want to give it away if everyone didn't already know about it. More to come a little later on...
  21. Okay...so am I the only one to accidentally figure out a certain trick on Pac Man Collection that allows you to let's just say "move forward in the game a little faster" I haven't skimmed through this thread in awhile...but I didn't see it the last time I was here. Eduardo...have you posted this info. anywhere like you did the Pac Man Plus thing?
  22. I'm glad there are choices! Extra options are always a plus.
