So there's that sealed copy of Music Machine up on eBay... and then there's also mine.
eBay Auction -- Item Number: 120620062195
It's not sealed, but it's in awesome condition and comes with the instruction book.
My "Buy it Now" price isn't what I'm hoping to get [ I have no idea what I'm going to get. ] but it was just a number I threw out.
This is a no-reserve auction, and so it will sell.
There's a bunch of pics up at:
I hope you all enjoy!

Looks like it only took 14 minutes to talk the guy into the bin. Wish I could have intercepted it.

eBay Auction -- Item Number: 260584696528
:o
The Track n Field is worth double the $185 Shipped for the whole lot. Who was the lucky

Huh? Track and Field is worth that much? Someone JUMP on this auction then!!
Umm, the box is worth something, not the game.

Hah. I love that. Please forgive my misunderstanding. For some weird reason, I've got two track and fields for the atari 8-bit computer... has the same controller... I've got both boxes... and oddly enough, one is sealed and in perfect condition... but I'm guessing that they're not worth anything near like the console versions?
EDIT: Scratch that, must be for the ST... as I remember a floppy disk being involved.

And pictures later today.Rule #1 to selling a rare cart....on a public forum!
And I completely agree. The cart is in a safebox in my climate-controlled storage unit, triple wrapped in anti-static bags, while the instruction book stays under glass here with me. Here's a pic of the instruction book until I can get over there to retrieve the cart.

I'm contemplating selling my crown jewel of my gaming collection, in my possession since 1983. The instruction book is in fantastic condition, with no ripped pages or creases. The game is perfect as well, with the label firmly in place. Unfortunately, I've been through my empty box collection over and over, and still have yet to find the box for the game. It may or may not have been lost to the ages.
I know I won't get anything near the 5,300 that the sealed game recently went for, but my copy has certainly been well taken care of.
I know that the jury is out on current value for the game and instructions, but I was hoping to post this here in hopes of generating interest. I realize that eBay is probably the ultimate place for this item, but wanted to give a heads up to it's existance.
If anyone has any serious offers, I'm quite OK with making a transaction outside of eBay.
Thanks again! And pictures later today.

Yeah... I know... I was aiming too high with $750. I just hope I get at least $400. Anyway... yeah... no reserve! So we'll see what happens!
