  2. wow, that looks awesome, good luck New Generation!
  3. Yautja has sent me savestate and I found the cause of it- simply in demo version music was initialised but no music file was there, I fixed it, there's no such bug in full version rescue.xex
  4. Hi Yautja, could you specify which Altirra version are you using, and which settings of Altirra do you have?

  11. thanks for your insight, I've heard there's some kind of "segmentation" in MADS...
  12. but how do I know in which bank my code will be put? if "orgs" are ignored it means that all the code and data is put one after another... at least I understand it that way, I'm really confused when it comes to this topic
  13. Hi folks, I've got a question. As I understand setting "opt f+h-" in mads assembler makes binary file without headers (orgs). Is this right? My next question is how to prevent different "orgs" set to the same value to be overridden by each other? thanks
  14. a small question for freetz. I'm running retro news webpage and I would like to share a footage of the games, of course with authors' permission, is it ok regarding abbuc rules? thanks, kamil
  15. just tried the programs, I'm really surprised how many good stuff was sent to this year's edition Full House Poker- fun little game, intuitive steering Train 3- very nice music, I used to play snake a lot during my studies during boring lectures multi 10- original idea, 2 dimensional tetris Dungeon Hunt II- oh boy this game is addictive! I must give it a longer try during weekend, I love the graphics ATFILE 1.1,ATR Maker Deluxe- I don't really use physical disks with my Atari, so I can't really appreciate the effort, but those look solid Block On Legs: First Steps- haha, funny game, reminds me of my first steps in assembler back in 1999, I like the oldskool feeling despite the fact the game is very simple Castle Defender- I don't quite get the idea, but the execution is superb, this coloured hires is amazing! Warriors-lovely graphics, too bad the game ends that fast --- Thanks folks!
  16. Can't wait to play this castle defence, much better than our game
  17. Hi folks, I've already shown WIP stages of development footage of our game, but here's the final result. The game was done by me, Kamil Trzaska, and Michał Caruso Brzezicki, who contributed with music, which is superb as always. We are teamed up since 10 years or so, and already created couple projects together. The main idea of the game evolved from my C64 project- I thought about creating dynamic 3d envoirment in a unusual way. Then I stopped working on this c64 title, because I had no more ideas how to develop it further. Then, after Forever party I came up with the idea of a golf game- since 3d envoirment was already there. It took me 2 days to port engine to Atari and then the main fun begun- physics! There are two main physics procedures- one for rolling on the ground and one for bouncing. It all involved quite sophisticated algorithm and I can say I'm proud of myself even though there are some inaccuracies sometimes. Well, I hope you folks will enjoy our game, there are 10 regular levels to beat, and there's also a level creator in which you can model the terrain. Thank you!
  18. Uff our entry is ready, I'm only waiting for the rest of the music, it was hard work for 2 months but I think it was worth effort, can't wait to see other entries, good luck folks with finishing your games/programs!
  19. looks like some effects are speeded up, anyways good video, maybe try making your own effects
  20. TheNameOf...: thanks! Hello Friendly Friends! I wish to keep you updated with the game progress- the basic engine is ready, there are two bugs that I will remove tomorrow, but apart from that everything works ok. Today I'm finishing the game editor since there will be possibility to make one's own levels. Caruso, the musician is already working on some tunes. The game file has 14 kb so far, so there's probably enough space for music and graphics.
  21. hi displaced, first encounter with one's own Atari 8 bit, priceless!
  22. thanks Bilejoni! that's very kind. There are other more talented coders, but I have a little more time.
