One thing is for sure here, when there are some issues with the video quality, it is not the Youtube compression this time. The developer had to convert movies to dithered black & white (and not even greyscale). I guess if you haven´t played Dragon´s Lair before you will not have much of a chance to come far in that ZX81 version.

Yes it is hard to play, but that´s the real challenge for all professional Dragon´s Lair players out there. I remember back in the 1980´s there was even a 1kB chess version available for the unexpanded ZX81.

I thought it is time to show "The Voice of Odyssey2" in action on video. I now could connect it to my European PAL G7400 thanks to the Voice+ adapter. I also got the C7060 multicart.

According to DHL tracking my modded Lynx model 1 is at least already in my country. I hope I will get it and find some time to show it on video soon. And of course let´s hope my wife will believe me that this is not just "new crap from eBay"...

I had a Nano PEB dying after a few months and the power supply was a modern regulated 5V one for sure, even one with a brand name. Got a new Nano PEB then, that one is running now with the same power supply and I hope it will survive. Maybe it was just bad luck.

I don´t kow if I understood your question right, but for a 2nd Lynx you would need a 2nd monitor, but keep in mind that the low Lynx resolution does not look that great on a huge VGA monitor. I didn´t see anything of that in any of the electronic shops in Austria / Vienna back then. But maybe there were some "secret" clubs and places I just didn´t know about.

Here in Europe I can only dream finding those cartridges in the wild, let alone for 4 bucks.
