  1. Yes I will come to hell because of that one day, but at least I have some fun with the cartridge until then.
  2. My Rasmus 3 in 1 cartridge "limited VectrexRoli edition" :-) Will show it also on video with the story behind it when I will have more time...
  3. In my opinion if this project is done right and it is not so much about having all ROMs in one download but more also a reference how to find certain games of homebrew developers that are still active it would not a bad thing for the developers. That´s free advertising for their products. Since I have my Youtube channel I get tons of questions like "where can I buy this cartridge?", so it seems people don´t easily find Fury´s web page, many don´t know that Packrat video will soon produce the John Dondzilla games, they never heared about "Der Luchs" or the Vectorzoa cartridges made by Madtronix until they saw it in one of my videos or have seen it on some Vectrex related web portal. So one source with a list for all the active developers out there could be a good thing, if it is done in a right way and respecting Copyrights. If there are then still developers that due to bad experience from the past do not want to be mentioned at all and want to be forgotten as there are no plans to release that game ever again, well so it should be then as we all should respect also that.
  4. Damn I knew it that the king is still alive, but my wife does not believe me! Anyway, there are people that´don´t care about copyrights and there are some that do care so they ask. When I made my videos about your games Christopher I really had a hard time finding anything out about them, all I found were some older newsgroup entries, so having the information on one place (like the Wiki for example) would help those who would like to respect your rights. And in addition some of them would also like to know about a legal way to buy some of those games today.
  5. Matt also made some interesting interviews with famous developers. Quite interesting stuff on his channel. I have some TI-99 games lying around here I would like to show at some point, like Slymoids for example. I like the "cowboys and aliens" theme of that game. But first of all I need time for that and at the moment I also have to finish some commercial videos first.
  6. It is really hard to find some information about some games. I think the Fury games like Zantis are not PD as such, even you can download that from Fury´s web page. Also Christopher Thumber games might be soon re-released commercially as far as I understood it.
  7. There was a Matt Chat episode about that game in case you have not seen it:
  8. Nice, back in the days I would have shit my pants seeing graphics like that. I always wanted to program some simple 3D game on my TI-99 by using anaglyph glasses, but the problem always was that the colors on the screen didn´t match the colors on my glasses. :-)
  9. The only color you get is red and the display is in 3D, It is not really bad for your eyes it is the same as with all 3D stuff, if your eyes are fine you can use it for hours, if your eyes have issues you will get a headache and many people do have eye issues even without knowing it, as the brain can compensate a lot of eye problems. But that cannot happen with the TI-99.
  10. Thanks. Well I watched a lot of TI-99 game videos from the niceangames Youtube channel and I really enjoy those. He has about 4.600 subscribers now and his TI-99 videos only got 1.500 to 3.000 views in avarage so far and those videos are already 2 to 3 years old. So even I really like my TI-99 not many people seem to care much about it. But I guess for us TI-99 fans that does not really matter... At least my TI-99 videos don´t get as much hate as my Virtual Boy videos! :-)

  12. So far I have 5 TI-99 related videos on my channel and what I can see from the statistics is that people seem not to care that much about the system at least on my channel. Only my review of the MBX expansion seems to be slightly more interesting for my viewers. But my channel is quite small so of course it does not say much about how much interest about the TI-99 is out there in general. I will for sure show also some more TI-99 stuff in the future.
  13. I remember when I saw the G7200 back in the days the graphics on the black & white monitor looked already extremly outdated. Maybe someone already modded his G7200 with a color screen?
  14. The new postman has to deliver a package for VectrexRoli, but is there a way that Mrs. VectrexRoli does not find out about the new expensive eBay purchase?... http://youtu.be/LYlkVNPYDbs
  15. FRESSSAKK and MENSCHENJAGD in action: http://youtu.be/Svv7cEulaHY
  16. Just sent you a PM I want to buy one but I don´t see PayPal or Credit Card as an option. Don´t you have a PayPal account? Thanks.
  17. To Battlezone? I don´t think so, both War of the Robots and 3D Lord of the Robots scroll only left and right, so there is no real 3D scenery like in Battlezone.
  18. Unfortunately not, I only got Honey Hunt, Baseball, Bigfoot, Superfly and Sewermania so far. I also go Space Bandits but not 100% complete.
  19. Thanks for watching guys. Bigfoot is really a great game even on an unexpanded TI-99. I like the yell sound when the climber falls down and you even get that on a standard Texas Instruments speech synthesizer.
  20. In my latest video I show the 2 MBX titles "Honey Hunt" and "Bigfoot": http://youtu.be/vhgWxNjnahA
  21. Thanks. There are several versions of demos floating around, the one withe the Copyright text at the beginning saying "This is a demo..." seems to be the most complete one. I didn´t play around with the Atari controller as I knew that I will get the Hydra, so I can only guess that you need also a button for fire and the "Super Zap" like on the Hydra controller during gameplay. As far as I know some Tsunami games even came with an Atari controller, but my version didn´t and even I have an Atari 2600, I don´t know own such a driving controler for it. BTW: My Spinnerama cartridge came with some paper Stencil to build some kind of case or yoke to have both controllers together. I guess that could be a neat idea to do.
  22. I found out that there are not many videos out there showing the Vectrex game Tsunami in action. Here I show you that homebrew game and I also show you the "Hydra" spinner controller made by Fury Unlimited for that game: http://youtu.be/S-VA4-0ux00
