That´s interesting, I didn´t know about the "LipStik Plus". Did it work well?

She simply knows that boxed games with manuals might spice up the situation... No just kidding of course, in real life my wife my wife is much more important than video games and I have to write that now as I never can be sure if Mrs. VectrexRoli will find this text here one day by using Google.

I remember we tried Baseball even once in school back then, of course without proper equipment and it was fun, but I cannot remember the details any more and I am not sure if we even played it the right way.

I got Bigfoot before I got the MBX system. This game is pretty fun even without the MBX features. I tried to play the Baseball game but obviously I was too stupid to understand what is going on without reading the instructions. I hope I will have time soon to test some of the other games. I guess for the job as the governor I would need more muscles.

I always wanted to get a MBX to see it in action. It is one of those things there is just no way I would ever find that here in my country.

Is there a way to subscribe somewhere somehow to see next time such cartridges are avaiable? I never have seen that web shop before.

Maybe I also would get less time when I would play the game, in my test only the game demo was running.

As I said in my review video at the beginning of this thread, yes it works also in the Gamecube Game Boy Player.

I didn´t have time to do super accurate scientifc measurements, but I guess the flashcart needs more power than a standard cartridge. I put the Everdrive in my Gameboy Advance SP AGS-101 model (the one with the better display) and I let Super Mario DX running with the darker brightness setting and sound volume 50%, the battery was empty after approx. 4 hours. The battery in my Gameboy is quite old and still the original one, so I don´t know how useful that information is now. Anyway that´s enough for me.

I was quite happy that I have taken the version with the case already included. When I try to build something it might end up pretty ugly and the shell case is transparent, which I really like.

Thanks, well I guess what you mean should be "asteroids" and as robotwo already said they had to re-use what was there. I think it must have been pretty hard to design a multi level game with one single display like that.

Only in English, it is too much effort producing everything twice. German would be much easier for me of course but as I had already so many retro gaming friends abroad, I decided to do everything in bad English with a strong Austrian accent. There was only one single episode where we had some text in Russian language as I showed a Russian home computer. We didn´t have native speakers for that, but at least I had a Croation colleague that was quite good in that language.

I still would need a lot of training as it is quite hard to remember all those buttons and normally I prefer simple and easy old school arcade games. But one day I will make the review for sure. Yes you are right. She does not understand everything I am collecting, but in real life she is not against it. She is also playing games, but mostly point & click adventures, some 3DS games and light gun shooters. Would love to do that, but unfortunately I am not Mark from "Classic Game Room" The story intros with Mrs. VectrexRoli take quite some time to produce, so I don´t do that for every episode.

As remowillimas already said it works on a GBA, I show it on a GBA SP AGS-101, the one with the best display of all Gameboys in the video. Gameboyplayer, Supergameboy adapter also no problem.

Which means I also write my messages in a strong Austrian accent.
