You must have a bad SaveKey because the circuit is identical on the AVox.

I've always wondered about that too. BTW like the idea of putting the AVox inside.
-
No BTW if you are wanting it just to play vector ROMs, there's another (much cheaper solution) here - http://vide.malban.de/pitrex http://vectrex.malban.de/tmp/RockSolid.mp4

Why have you tagged my carts onto your page ? - https://www.retrorgb.com/tag/vecmulti https://www.retrorgb.com/tag/vecflash That's bad form

The adaptor (above) lets you plug the AtariVox straight into the Vectrex. The plug / socket are the insides of DB9's (metal surround removed).
-
If your AtariVox has a metal surround on the DB9 socket, remove it. It will fit better in the 7800. The attached 3D printer .stl files are for a case specifically to fit the 7800 better. Avox_case.stl Avox_lid.stl

Or build one of these -
-
It's partly my fault too for not specifically mentioning it to Albert.
-
AtariVox - off off on on on VecVox - on off off off off VecVoice - off on off off off
-
It needs to be called the Jeroen Domburg or Spritemod Vextreme cart, so the original creator doesn't get forgotten about in the process.
-
OK, if anyone wants one ? it is now back on sale. PM me Thanks
-
It is also designed to fit in a standard case. A bit of tricky case cutting is required though.
-
FYI it lights up too !!!
-
Final version. I need to send you one to confirm it's OK on your system. (PM me your address)
-
Here is a pic of the new VecMulti. It's quite a bit smaller now and also has a better SD socket (and easier access).
-
PM me (I need your shipping address)
-
Just the menu (not the games) gets messed up.
-
I should get mine soon then FYI it'll be up for sale when I do get it. Anyone interested ?
-
I thought it was flash (USB mass storage device). Wasn't aware it had an SD socket.

Sorry for the delay. I have isolated the problem, but it is needing a hardware redesign to correct it. This is taking time as a new PCB needs to be made.
