Just a quick update - I'm about half way through building the first batch of carts. (I still need to get hold of a Vectrex)

OK, if you are interested, can you please PM me (it's easier for me to keep track). Please be aware it will be a month or more before I have carts ready to ship as - 1) Need to get PCB's made (takes 2 weeks at least). 2) I have to get hold of a Vectrex. 3) 3D print the cases. 4) Build the carts. I do however have more time to build them as my FlashBoy+ production is currently on hold. Thanks !

Try this - Remove the LM386 and bridge pins 3 and 5 with a wire link (see pic) and turn the volume pot fully clock-wise. You will have to use powered speakers now (but I know a lot of guys use amplified PC speakers already).

I can send you the components if you want (I've got loads of them). Unfortunately, I don't have the PCB's any more.

Perhaps you should offer un-cut PCB's too (as it's easier to fit them in the printed case).

I've been building the FlashBoy+ carts continually for years. I make small batches which always sell out pretty quickly. Do you want one ? (I can put you on the list)

I don't mind printing cases (I'm in the UK though).
