Are the latest boards quite a bit smaller than the first batch ? I'll do that. I just need to alter the design to make it a bit stronger first. It just fitted on the bed of my printer. Took 1 hour 26 minutes on fast print (0.3mm layers).

To save power, you could try disabling the amp in the AtariVox. If you're using amplified (independently powered) speakers you won't need it. Remove the LM386 (should be in a socket) and tap your amp to the negative side of capacitor C3.

Yes, I finally found some time and built a batch of them. So they are now ready.
