If it was me, I would have everything on the board (i.e. the buttons, DB9 socket etc). It would make it so easy to just snap it into a case (no wiring required). Of course, the case can be made around the PCB (the beauty of 3D printing). Definitely. ABS printed without infill is very strong. But there's also all kinds of other stuff (PET, HIP, nylon, carbon fibre etc). Low cost on an FDM printer with ABS. Small quantities of course.

Nice work I think I would make a 3D printed enclosure. Probably design it around the original.

Yes, send it to me

My internet provider (Pipex) was taken over by TalkTalk. Since then I have been unable to upload / use my web space. Talked to them MANY times. No solution given and they just ignore me now

Thanks ! BTW I can fix your VecFlash if you want (I have a few spare bits for it).

That one will do it. Good price too.

AAMOI I lost my Sega extension cord (needed for Vectrex and 7800), so I hacked this together. It's the insides of a DB9 socket and plug. Drill out the mounting lugs and the 2 halves of the shielding come apart. Run a small amount of glue around the inserts and solder them together (see pics).

For anyone with a 3D printer, here are the .stl files of the 2 models. Key_models.zip
