So, tell me, will it be on the wall? Yup. Right there on the wall. Can't miss it. Just look at the wall.

Found a random picture on the web to illistrate what Twit's looking for. The Ms. Pac-man, second from the left, and top-hatted Pac-man, fourth from the left, are what he's digging for. I'll keep looking for you, but ebay came up empty.

Agreed. Warlords is great, just for the four-player mayhem. Get 16 people, bracket them into 4 groups of 4 players. Each group plays. Winners of each group goes on to play for all the marbles. Ta-da. Now, if you want to give them heart attacks, let them compete in Decathlon. High point total at the end wins, but you could also award medals for individual events. Finally, get Party Mix by Starpath if you can. Lots of good 4-player games and cooperative stuff. Tug of War, Minecart, etc. Good stuff on there too.

While I can't address the eariler stuff (I'm just helping with set-up and am not one of the organizers or anything), I *can* tell you that - geez - you've hit upon something that you'll be seeing this year. Real big. Right there on the wall. Can't miss it. It'll be big. And on the wall.

Don't pat him on the back too hard there Zach. Can't find the thread, but he predicted the Coleco game would be Turbo. He's battin' about a .500 by my count.

"POCKY?!?!" Ugh, do you mean those Japanese cracker/cookie sticks dipped in flavor? Oh man, I got sooooooo sick eating those things once (those, and those little dried peas covered in sugar). Can't even think of eating those now. Blargghh.

Well, there are a bunch of different places out there if you take a moment and look around. But asking that question here on AA - what the Hell answer do you think you're gonna get?
-
Probably a moderator. You know, the guys who run the site. None of us lowly peons have that ability.

Go here: http://www.atariage.com/system_items.html?...peID=SCREENSHOT Every screen you need is already on-site. Maybe a Mod will want to lock this thread as redundant? If not, I'll start posting cart scans.

Hey Thunder! UH...can I use a BIG Whiffle bat? Good luck in your Battle Royale with Todd. I'd be happy to hold the wager for you guys. Hey! Trust me!
-
I never said it'd be a fair fight! Sneak up behind him and WHAM! If he doesn't go down, I'd run like Hell and hide until my next chance. Or unless he caught me and handed me my lungs.
-
Heck *I* could beat BigThunder for $1,000. Literally. I would beat him using a bat or roll of quarters. Then I would take his $1,000. Playing a game would take too long!

You know, I'm not sure! I've just assumed that the show was still coming up. After all, it wasn't until nearly a month prior that they confirmed it was happening. But with all the construction the mall was undergoing last year, they may not be able to hold it. That would suck. BTW, in September, we're holding a DP at CP '03 meet. Cedar Point. Videogamers invited from all the boards. Massive roller coaster riding. Hitting the CP Midway Arcade. It's may not be CinciClassic, but it'll be a fun time. Watch for a post-CGE announcement.

Yup, "Sinistarr," "Ruddygore," and "Nate_Brazil" have really stepped in it. I *pray* that they're just trolls and not the actual organizers who have taken this antagonistic, arrogant attitude. But, according to a private message I've gotten from one of 'em, I'm certain it's the guys behind PC5. *sigh* Don't sweat other classic cons Stan, my man (good to see you again)! There's AGE going on now. There's CGE in two weeks. There's CinciClassic and Midwest Classic and the Videogame Summit and a BUNCH of other meets to choose from. All attended by the very folks you pal around with here. The hobby is in fine shape. The meetings and expos are going on as planned and just as friendly as ever. And one less won't make a hill of beans' difference.

Damn, I think the entire AA board is there now. This place is a MORGUE today! Helllllllllooooooooooooooo! <waits for echo> <silence> Hmph.
-
"Danger! Danger Will Robinson!" <arms begin twirling> It's a shame. There are still people posting to the Phillyclassic Yahoo Group that are *outraged* that some "snot-nosed punk" hacked their website, unknowing that the ORGANIZERS are responsible for this. I'd post there and let everyone know what's going on - pointing links to here and DP - but it's a moderated group and my posts would never see the light of day. Amazing.
-
Oh, they're certainly making announcements over on DP, Curt. Swing by and read the fun! http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic....=16259&start=49

And an upside-down label for the Australians.

Seems like Paul licensed them for his RPG. Take a careful look at the picture Al sent! (middle row, second cartridge) Greetings, Manuel I'll. Be. Damned. That is a very cool thing. However, the game is probably just a Strongbad E-mail sim.
-
Uh, what there Manuel? I've seen the Homestar Runner action figs and they are mighty sweet! But I don't understand the RPG comment. "Just wanted you to know you're doing a great jorb!"

I'd go in there and start kickin' asses, but I don't want to get my new white sneakers dirty. Let's get back to the subject at hand. MARK RICHARDS OF STARCADE. Jumpin' Christmas. And it appears that a Starcade Live event WILL happen. How cool izzat?

Well, I can't find this quote anyplace on their site, but let's take it bit by bit, shall we? "Vectrex," Gomer. It's called a "Vectrrrrrrrrrrex." I think the homebrewers here and there would have something to say about that. I also believe the protos that are mass-produced for the masses also shoot holes in that comment. Hell, AA has a strong store base of releasing new stuff for classic systems. First off, it's "wear," Gomer. "Wear." Second of all, you're thinking of GenCon with that statement. Third of all, this is the kind of person that Game Jam now hopes to attract. xBoX RuLeZ!
