  There is simply no hiding from the fact that sexual harassment is a pervasive problem that has just been "part of it" for far too long. Lots of turnover in pretty much every industry for a while now. It's difficult and turbulent, but it's high time this was taken seriously and there were reprecussions.

  I am tired of people coming out with stuff after 20 years. If it hasn't been an issue for 20 years, it isn't an issue. Also tired of living in a "me too", and "I am owed something" society.
