Skeleton vs. Luge is like Rugby vs. American Football.

Supposedly the IOC in an attempt to appear sustainable has said that any city looking to host the Olympic winter games in the future MUST NOT (!) build a new sledding stadion unless the country has a tradition in those sports. A such application would get minus points in the evaluation. Rather they prefer cooperating with another country specifically for the sledding events.
