  1. Visit online at www.Atari7800.com To commemorate their 10th Anniversary online, Atari 7800.com has launched a completely new website that is sure to knock your socks off. Really. Combining a masterful blend of form and function, Atari 7800 (dot.com)'s higly-polished new website saturates the screen, potent with vivid imagery, well-written articles, and an approach to Atari history that encompasses a take-no-prisoners that cuts to the core. Atari 7800.com exists to promote interest in - and define the legacy of - the least common and most underappreciated of the classic Atari's systems: the Atari 7800. The site celebrates a legacy of fun & joy with Atari Games, History, Tips & Tricks, Podcast, Downloads & More! You'll find everything needed to get acquainted with the 7800, with new pages currently being developed for in-depth history for the Atari 2600, 5200, Lynx, Jaguar, computer line and arcade coin-ops. The site takes a unique approach high on design that includes podcasts, videos, and much more presented in a unique format different than what you may expect from some place else. And of course who could forget a brilliant new webpage to come for the "AtariAge Legend" Atari Joe? It'll be up shortly. That's a promise from the big guy himself. As stated on the "About This Page" link, "Atari 7800.com has long been the definitive Atari 7800 resource since it went live on September 22, 2000. For too many years the 7800 has fallen between the cracks of gaming history and is far too often overlooked - or even ridiculed - simply for not being Nintendo. Yet the 7800 is probably the finest of Atari's 8-Bit era classic game systems. I wanted to create a fun unique place that would keep the 7800 torch burning. It is my greatest hope that this website will serve to inform and inspire others rediscovering one of the most unique, collectable pieces of gaming history." Join Atari 7800 (dot.com) on Facebook! -or- Follow Atari 7800 (dot.com) on Twitter! Thanks! Mili
  2. That's exactly what Curt, Mark, Eduardo and the rest are working on right now with the 7800 expansion module. Everyone here is working on new games that actually BEGIN to push the limits of the system. Some of it looks really great! I thought you knew that. Well thats what I figured what was going on anyways.
  3. YES!!! And it has a direct link to my page, as if I didn't have enough page views already!!!!

  4. I agree! It's the games that made it hard for people to see the 7800 for what it was worth. If we could come out with a whole new set of games, it might bring the system back into light and cause an upsurge of fans.

  6. Yes I noticed!! I'm shocked!! No earthly idea how I'm doing it either!

    VAL ?

Joe that sounds more creepy than it is. And no I haven't. Should I be concerned?

    VAL ?

I've only given about 5 rep points since joining this site. I don't even fully understand what they're for, but I just give a point to something I enjoy immensely. Yeaaaaah, Really guys? I'm a girl last time I checked. But it was fun to see guys being suspicious because I know what I'm talking about. *sigh* Yeah, I bet no one is the least bit suspicious when I say I am a 45 year old guy, 30 pounds overweight, driving a pathetic looking 25 year old car. Mili, you may be a little outside the AA demographic, but I am glad you are here. Morgan I knew what I was getting into, and that's why I'm not worried about it. But thanks for the welcome, I'm glad I'm here too.

  10. Oh my~!!! I've been laughing for like 5 minutes straight!!! That was pure beautiful hilarity.
  11. Beyond a beautiful piece of technology. My geek in me started drooling. If something like this was marketed I'd be on it like white on rice.
  12. It's no big deal. I didn't know him, I'm more empathetic for my friend.

  13. Amen Sisster! If we made fun of everyone with a disability, we could make fun of every person on this earth.... Would you like to be made fun of for your disability? I have a disability? I consider all those quirks. Anyways, the wii sports game has a shooting game on it doesn't it? I haven't played the wii since I gave it away on christmas. I remember being boss at it and there being a device that you can put your wii-mote in that will make it work more like a gun.
  14. Oh yeah. I apologize for stealing your spot on the wet dream totem pole. Did you have to make a new name??

  15. I'll admit I may have gone a bit too far at one point. I can be over sassy lol. Besides, I don't need to impress some kid on the net. Not when I've got Joe, Chicky and The Man Behind the Curtain in my arsenal lol.
  16. LOL on the status~!!

    Advice?

Bohoki poses a good question for me. What games should I get? I mean I don't really know what games are good for the Lynx 2.
  18. I know! It's like,"where was this dexterity when I was playing against my sister!?"
  19. I can't believe him!! Nobody should talk to you like that. You've worked so hard to get better with communication and you're still REALLY funny!! That should be something appreciated, not dogged on.

  20. A positive attitude can solve almost anything. For everything else, there's pain medication.
  21. You get one rotten apple in every bunch. Everyone else sees you as a Legend and an awesome person.
  22. What kind of person picks on people with mental disabilities? That's really messed up man...
  23. The only method of operation I have right now is picking on the mentally disabled. You are such a great target. Oh yes, name calling is a sure sign of maturity. I appreciate you being such a "challenging opponent," but really it's time to get back on topic.
