Back in the day (80's), I actually sent in a "Boxing" TV screen picture to try and get a Boxing patch that I knew was not listed in the manual, just to see what Activision would send me. They sent a standard "congrats" letter and a blank "Certificate of Achievement" award!

Funny thing is, when I sent off for my Atari 2600 "River Raid" patch (back in the 80's), Activision sent me the Intellivision River Raid patch! It wasn't till a couple of years ago that I realized they sent me the wrong patch!

I started about six months ago compiling an excel spreadsheet with Atari 2600 homebrew games (title, links, developer, publisher, year, price, avail ROM, etc...) then started to add WIP, demo's and hacks. Already up to 451 titles - i'm guessing its no where complete.

don't forget my 2 favorite Activision patches......... http://atariage.com/forums/topic/161717-authentic-activision-patch/?p=1993579 http://atariage.com/forums/topic/161717-authentic-activision-patch/?p=1993580

M Network "Lock 'N' Chase".....short cartridge?
Arenafoot replied to Arenafoot's topic in Atari 2600
I had the same thought before reading your post! Already sent a message to the seller thru eBay. We'll see what comes back. A fellow FB-er said this..... They only made a small amount of those. They are dwarf carts(dc's). Little people purchased them because they were easier for them to insert into the console. True or not???? -
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-59-Atari-2600-Games-/111364801339?&_trksid=p2056016.l4276 i saw this eBay lot just now and noticed the cart in the lower right hand corner is an M Network "Lock 'N' Chase" cart........but its a really small case (half the size of a normal M Network cart)?!?!?!?!?!? Is this rare? Is it a homemade case? Did Mattel Electronics actually make them like this one? If so, I've NEVER seen one like it before today! Wiki has listed for Lock N Chase: Arcade Atari 2600 Intellivision Apple II Game Boy Wii PlayStation 3 3DS Virtual Console its not "Telegames" version (standard Atari shaped cart with silver foil label), its not Intellivision edition (actual rectangle shaped), can't find an Apple II version on the net, and its not Game Boy or newer..........

I have found the debugger on Stella and trying to figure out where to put the "0A" value at? (I'm not that knowledgeable on the "program" side of games) I'd like to see what happens at the end too.

Great job! I like the high score feature and the sounds! As far as the custom, I think this site does the same thing as AA's custom carts........ http://hozervideo.net/ Don't know much about it though.

What games where bundled with your 2600 when you bought it in the 80s?
Arenafoot replied to Jason_Atari's topic in Atari 2600
NONE!.....in 1986, Atari sold the 2600 jr.'s with only one joystick, AC adapter, TV switch box, console and manual ONLY! Though my first game bought was Swordquest Fireworld......awful game! -
FS: Explosive Diarrhea (for the Atari 2600 / NTSC)
Arenafoot replied to ozyr's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Will it be a "white Coleco cart with the backside splattered with brown paint would make a cool homebrew release. As a bonus, every cart is unique as not two speckles are alike, LOL..." as mentioned by stardust???????????? -
cool game chesterbr!........had it added to Highscore.com tonight and posted my first score on there now...... of course I'm playing more to beat it (and others that will beat my score on the site)!
