Why aren't there DS and PSP subforums? They're the only modern consoles I currently own and I enjoy them far more than the current generation of full blown consoles..

Nope, I've only been able to find these extended life kits, and that was only at GameStop. I'll probably end up buying one off Amazon after I get my CFW on here. I finally found someone to let me borrow their pandora battery. Hopefully it'll get here sometime next week.. I guess I'll buy a PSP game this weekend so I can actually USE the damn thing!

I am in need of a pandora battery. I have a bit of cash atm, and will be getting paid Friday. If either of you could sell me a pandora battery, I'd be extremely happy.

I'm looking for a pre-modded PSP pandora battery for my PSP Slim. It can either be hard-modded or soft-modded in your PSP Phat, I just need something to load the CFW onto it. I don't have much cash right now, but I will be getting paid this Friday so I was hoping to work out a quick deal. Thanks!

Indeed In the worst case, if either of you guys can't get what you need going I have a phat PSP to create phat Pandora batteries and a phat PB to mod slims. Can you UN pandora a battery with a Slim? If so, I might have a proposition for you.

Yeah.. I'm done doing the mod myself.. The phat can made REAL pandora batteries and that's what I guess I'll do. I'm going to return my PSP Slim Extend Kit to buy a real PSP Slim battery tomorrow before work.

I was simply opening the case.. and all I had handy was an Xacto knife.. and it went in too far on the side as I was separating the glue. Next thing I knew I saw smoke and heard a POP!

Hm, I'm curious if the battery I have in my hands can be pandora'd the RIGHT way.. I accidentally bought the PSP Extended Life Kit.. which I'm pretty sure is just the PSP Phat battery with a buldged out PSP Slim compatible casing.

That would be extremely nice of you. I work part-time so any day that isn't Tomorrow or Wednesday is good for me. I live in the Douglasville area but can make my way around any area of Atlanta.

That's the way I felt but I've wanted a PSP for a very long time and decided against my better judgment.. yeah, remind me not to do that again. I'm lucky I didn't get injured or anything.. as soon as I heard that "pop" - I knew I had made a mistake.. Oh, and on top of everything, I have to return my backup battery.. it's a bulky PSP Phat battery. Ugh!

Ack, can a mod move this to the marketplace?

Okay, here's the embarrassing details.. I f#%$ed up my PSP battery trying to hard mod it.. and now I need another. It'd be EXCELLENT if it was pre-pandora'd because I am NOT re-trying that again.. heh.. one fire risk is enough for me. Just let me know if you have one and what you'd want for it.

Hey shadow, wow.. I wish I had remembered this thread about an hour ago.. So uh, the only way to make a pandora battery with a PSP slim is to hard mod it.. by cutting some connector to send the battery into debug mode. Well, as soon as I attempted this.. I fucking destroyed my only normal PSP battery. I am using a backup battery I bought with my stuff today.. I KNEW something like this would happen. I haven't even had my PSP a full 24 hours and I fucked up the battery.. I think I'm going to wait and ask someone to let me borrow their pandora battery long enough to mod mine.. then I can convince myself that this never happened.

You can get the rom online and run it on any flash cart.. for what it's worth.

Yeah, making the magic memory stick wouldn't be a problem. My main laptop is an XP system. I guess when I buy my PSP I'll pick up an extra battery and then mail it to you. We can hammer out the details when that happens.

Got an extra battery? Why not ship it out and have it flashed? I've got three battery packs, one of which was given to me. I converted it to JigKick, then back to where it powers on the PSP but works like normal. If you wanna borrow it, I'll flash it to JigKick again and send it over. If that's the same thing as making it a Pandora's battery, absolutely.. that'd save me a lot of trouble.. heh.
