  1. I fully endorse Murph74 100% as a good trader. Need to update my feedback.
  2. The only PB cart I ever found with the label missing was a Montezuma's Revenge. One of my cooler wild finds. Thanks for the fun!!
  3. Eh!! How about the finds in South America last summer (sealed Motorodeo, Ikari warriors etc..). There's bound to be tons of this kind of thing still out there. Where the hell are they though!!??
  4. Brutal. I just did a wicked trade a few weeks back with apt79c on cgcc.ca (NES SMB III and SNES Mario Kart) for Jungle Hunt and 4 or 5 other CV carts. I would never pay that kind of dough for QQ's.
  5. This would definitley be cool as long as the FB3 is not scrapped. Where would one download the games from?
  6. I figured I would take one last stab at selling this. Shipping is included now as well. I may be able to lower the shipping depending on how close you are to me. Thanks for looking!!
  7. I will vouch for misspent_youth. I would help you out but I too am still looking for that one as well..
  8. Hey gang. I still have yet to acquire one of these. If someone can help me out, that would be great. Thanks for stopping by.
  9. Well.. I have to admit that I do occasionally find the odd common game but it's like nothing in comparison to say even four or five years ago. From what I can make of it, the nineties were the real cherry picking time for this era of video game finds in the wild. I keep thinking that maybe I will need to resort to more complex measures if I wish to keep finding stuff locally.
  10. I would really like to see some of the Atari arcade games that never made it to production for the 8 bit lines (ie: Tempest, Cloak & Dagger, Road Runner, Paperboy, Marble Madness, 720 Degrees, Arabian, Black Widow, Gravitar, I Robot, Liberator, Major Havoc, etc..). Now that would be sweet!! Aside from this extremely unlikely scenario, perhaps some new quality games.
  11. When I say pre-1984, I am talking about Atari, Coleco, Vectrex, Intellivision etc.. I don't know about anyone else here but I am am not finding too much of this sort of thing in the wild anymore. I have also been reading alot of similar threads where people seem to be saying the same thing. Could it be that there is a definite lull/downward trend in these sorts of finds ? Is there still tons of this sort of thing still waiting to be discovered as it sits in peoples basements or is it possible that the majority of the finds have been snatched up by the collectors? I would love to hear from others on this.
  12. Still available. This will be ebay fodder if it is not snagged today. Thanks for looking!!
  13. Ebay does not dictate what people will pay for games. Buyers dictate what will ultimately be paid. Besides.. We all know that rarity guide were only created by a secret society to confuse the rest of the collectors about the truth of the beloved Atari games.
  14. I have a spare 4 switch 2600 (see pic) that I am not using so perhaps someone here may need it. The controllers included with this set are an Epyx XJ500 and a WICO version of the same style of controller. The paddle pots are recently sprayed and the system and power supply are tested as working 100% fine. The console is mildly dusty however it is otherwise in excellent cosmetic condition. Please send me a PM if you would like to make and offer. I am only accepting PayPal and shipping will be through Canada Post. Thanks for looking!! I also have a spare **console only** 2600 Jr. if anyone needs one of those as well.
  15. Awesome!! Alot of us have been waiting very patiently for this to arrive. Really looking forward to it. I remember you saying in an earlier post that you may also be uncovering some other previously uncovered code in these batches of disks you have obtained. Care to divuldge whether you have discovered any other interesting or unfinished works?
  16. I know this would likely never happen but it would be cool to see an event like this in Toronto some time. Cheers!!
  17. Telegames made lots of repro's and I would assume that One On One is probably among the list of titles they carried. How is your collection coming along these days misspent_youth? Planning on heading to the Ottawa meet tomorrow?
  18. Very interesting question. I think we have. The fact remains that early home video game consoles (Atari, Coleco, Intellivision etc..) are what will always be deservingly known as "classic". Everything else after this is only an improvement on the concepts and technologies. I doubt the next generation will be interested in the classic era.
  19. I still have the Frantic Freddie cart if anyone is interested. Thanks for looking!!
  20. Not that I have really ever had a say in the Atari game prototype world but I have to wonder out loud why he is asking for such an obviously rediculous amount. This seems like more of a publicity stunt or something to that effect to me (for whatever reason).
