Missle Command cocktail question (price check)

Passed on it. It was really nice but they were not willing to drop the price to where I thought it was reasonable. Oh well. -
Missle Command cocktail question (price check)
birdie3 replied to birdie3's topic in Arcade and Pinball
Thanks for the info and opinions. Greatly appreciated. If I am going to open 'er up when I go to take a look, what tools will I need and is opening this machine up going to be difficult? I just want to know what I am doing before I arrive. Any help in this realm is also greatly appreciated. I can imagine that there may be alot of corrosion and dirt in some of these old machines. -
Does anyone here have a rough guestimate on what a Missle Command cocktail machine is worth? Condition is all original parts, extremely clean, and 100% working. Thanks in advance.

Did you own a Nes during the 1980's?
birdie3 replied to 8th lutz's topic in Classic Console Discussion
Yeah. Got the R.O.B. Gyromite/Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt package in '86 I think it was. My brother and I played that thing for weeks straight. I was still playing with my Atari long after I got my NES though. -
Artillery Duel freakin' rules, man!! One of my absolute faves. I would love to see an updated verison of this perhaps with improved graphics and weapon variations.

An adaptor that allows one to play 5200 games on the 7800.
-
WTF? Why? A 5200 to 7800 adaptor seems like a better idea.

The things people throw away :(

I find this one hard to believe. -
Strange Commodore vs. Atari question. Hopefully someone can help. I am looking to acquire a few of the better Atari disk games likely from ebay. I often notice that the Commodore version of the game will be recorded onto the other side of an Atari disk. If I scour ebay for Commodore disks and buy a few, will any of these have the Atari 800 version on the other side? I guess I am looking for an easier way to find some of these games seeing that the many of the Commodore disks appear to be in greater abundance at times.

Dumb question but.. How does one make these animated sprite demos?
-
That sucks, man. You definitely do some amazing work though... Could you possibly re-work the engine into a similar yet more original game?
-
Anyone know if this is a fun game?

Anyone think Ballblazer is possible on the 2600?

Impressive!! Keep it up!! -
Wow!! Cool to finally see.

You have just stumbled upon the hands down absolute best Atari 8-bit gaming console!! Trust me. There are so many awesome games for this system. I wouldn't pay any more than $30-$40 bucks for that lot. Depends on how bad you want it.
-
No, No, No..! My console does not have a built in game (i.e. Hang On) not does it have the maze game. When I turn it on the power LED lights and the screen displays garbage with no BIOS Sega intro screen or anything. Haven't found a cart to test yet.

http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=1416114 Was this thread (that I have linked above) one of the places where people were officially communicating that they would like to reserve a copy? -
Does anyone know if there were SMS consoles that did not include a built in game? The only reason I ask is because I have a power base that either doesn't have a BIOS intro screen (i.e. I turn it on with no cart in the slot) or it could be damaged and does not work properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a few of these (XONOX double enders). Please send me a PM if interested.

I haven't traded on here in a while but I thought I would see if anyone is interested in any of this stuff. Please PM if interested. My good trades references are located on page six of the old trade thread if you would like to see some feedback. Here is a list what's available, all are loose: Vic-20 Spike's Peak/Ghost Mannor double ender Sir Lancalot/Robin Hood Colecovision Burgertime Fraction Feaver Alphabet Zoo Facemaker Atari 2600 China Syndrome Atari XEGS Crystal Castles Thanks for looking!!

It would likely be a PAL or an NTSC reproduction with a PAL box. Test it and let us know. I wouldn't mind owning one of these carts either.
-
I am only looking for the games that are worth owning. My criteria for these sort of games is that they must be fun and have replay value. I am not really looking for PAL games because they exist, just looking to add to the fun of playing the good 2600 titles. Any help is greatly appreicated.
-
Any recommendations? I just got a TV that does PAL so I thought I would see what (if any) PAL exclusive games are worth getting. Thanks in advance.

Why not just hack an existing light gun and code an app.?
-
Yes. I did see that. I will have to email them. Thanks again sir!!
