  1. I was going to mention the NWC carts too. There are only four of the gold ones I believe...
  2. That's a pretty good list, but I'd put Mean 18 above Alien Brigade and Rampage. I've seen two Rampage carts and four Alien Brigade carts on eBay lately, but no Mean 18. Mine would probably go (retail releases only...no monitor or high score cart...) 1. Mean 18 2. Alien Brigade 3. Rampage 4. Planet Smashers 5. Fatal Run 6. Motor Psycho 7. Tank Command 8. Ikari Warriors 9. Double Dragon 10. Title Match
  3. I'd go for Peter Pack-Rat and Zookeeper, too. Sinistar would be cool, but only if the Pokey could do voice. That game really loses something without the voice yelling at you...
  4. Technically, since you can still buy new copies of Sunday Funday and Bible Adventures, the NES never stopped...Wario's Woods was the last game produced by Nintendo.
  5. WSB 32x is really rare, as rare as Spider Man Web of Fire. (They were released at the same time.) Unfortunately, old sports games don't hold up as well, gameplay wise...
  6. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfromZR7QQfrppZ...QQsofindtypeZ15 Have fun!
  7. Cool! Please let me know...
  8. This is the third time they've announced a home port of STUN Runner. It's one of my all-time favorites, and I'm starting to get a little upset that they've announced it yet again. I'm not holding my breath. As far as the GBA Konami cart goes, those were not NES ports, but they did mess up the music in Frogger. BTW, if you use the "Konami code" you get enhanced graphics....
  9. I'm looking for Vectrex games (any except Berserk). I'd prefer them with the overlay but it isn't necessary. Even better would be a Sean Kelly multicart or a VecFlash (from www.vectrex.biz). Anyone have anything? I forgot something...if you have something that you think I might be interested in, please e-mail me at [email protected] I'm at work most of the day and Atariage is blocked there so I own't have access to PMs.
  10. That's about as nice a set-up for an Odyssey 2 as you are likely to find. Removable controllers, the Voice, all of the board games, and what amounts to the entire library.
  11. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfromZR7QQfrppZ...QQsofindtypeZ15 Check it out...an Atari 7800 with expansion port and a bunch of N64 rarities. There an SNES Dracula X and some PC Engine games too.
  12. I have the proverbial "assload" of them. I sent you a PM.
  13. I wonder how much he paid for that...
  14. It sounds like he's going to have them for sale more often! Yes!
  15. The Must-have games (common) are these, IMO: Super Mario 1, 2, and 3 Zelda 1 and 2 (2 isn't all that great IMO) Metroid Castlevania Contra Mike Tyson's Punch-Out Megaman Series Kid Icaurus (Man, I wish there had been a sequel to this...) Kirby' Adventure (not so common) Excitebike
  16. Neptune never had a CD-ROM drive. To my knowledge, they never even produced a prototype, but there was a mock-up made from a Genesis 2 case and "32X" was written on it. The idea was that they would have the Genny and the 32x in one unit, but Sega Japan nixed the idea.
  17. Similar idea...I believe there were a few others like this too. Sega used Gremlin's distribution after they acquired them.
  18. OK, that was funny. I especially liked the fact that apparently Sonic saved the princess too.
  19. Gremlin was a seperate company from Sega. I believe that they also imported Moon Cresta and some other games. They went out of business when the game companies figured out their own US distribution schemes.
  20. I wonder what the Sega one is running on. It can't possibly run on the NES-on-a-chip, but clearly it isn't running on real hardware either. Anyone have any insights?
  21. I love the 3DO. I say go for it...Road Rash and Gex should keep you plenty busy.
  22. I like the Epyx 500 and the Mindscape Powerplayer. Nice and clicky and very durable and responsive. I've got large hands, so I don't get fatigued when using either one.
