I found an old switchbox down in the cellar that had the "game" port ripped off it also had a little magnet thing ripped off but anyway I took an RF cord cut an end off soldered it to the leads and placed a rubber garrison in it it looks a lot like an NES one now but when i used it it had way way better picture quality

P.S. Moycon , man you never replyed my email about the joystick parts.

  5. Hi,

When I pack away my atari stuff I put it in plasic (rubbermaid-like) bins or tote (whatever you call them) This method seems to work real nice but for added protection i put in foam or bubble wrap to fully ensure when they come out they'll look the same as when they waent in

  6. Is what your trying to say is the cartride does not fit into the slot which in turn you can bend the metal back in place (where cart goes in) buy opening it up and bending the huge metal extremity untill it al fits together.

Or is it that when you put the cartridge in it does not play then game.

Please elaborate a little for me, is it an atari jr.(sleek looking black w/ silver stripe) or a woody (has wood paneling and 4 or 6 switches on top), and what the problem is I may be able to help you alittle more.

And the joystick whats wrong with it i can give you things to do I fix thm all day everyday (almost)

  7. I tryed that "NES to Atari conrtller conversion" and screwed up my nes pcb badly so i said POO "not really" i hve a crap NES cont case so my ingenious mind said hey ill make my own! And I ran out to Radio shack and bought a pcb trcaes and etching sol. and i cut the pcb and mapped out the traces w/ wire and it WORKED!! so all excited i put on the traces and etched the board and as it turns out i got the wrong pcb (one with a bunch of holes where the copper didnt connect. . But ill try again.
