Thank you so much everyone for your replies! I'll pick up an A/C adapter and see of that makes a difference. One question, when you say pins, you mean the battery contacts, right? I thought about pulling those and letting them soak in vinegar to get whatever corrosion is on there off. Anyways, thanks again everyone!

I thought I'd take a long shot and see if anyone experienced a problem with their Lynx where it powers on, the screen lights up, but it doesn't start. Here's a video of what's going on: https://youtu.be/GrNdlwPiMbg I also noticed that the volume control seems to work, I can hear a difference in volume through the speaker and headphones, but the brightness control doesn't seem to adjust the screen. Any ideas Or is this a lost cause?

That is cool and would probably be easier to do than the one I built. I did the same, but with a Gameboy shell and it was pretty tight. Super Mario Land on the Game Boy. It's sad because I've played it on and off for the last... well... 20 years or so and never beat it. Finally did so and it was great!

Loved this game! BMX was always so much fun. It was always so great to pull off a flip and land it at the last minute. Surfing was my second choice, I remember how amazed I was at the wave graphics. I really need to pick up a Lynx II. I got rid of mine several years ago and could kick myself...
