I just wanted to say that everytime I bid on an item is seems to sell more than its average price. I wonder if Ebay watches me for this reason on the other hand I am wondering if I should charge a small fee for the like 1 percent or something. I mean Ebay sellers should feel right at home with this anyhow right so I should be ok with it in the long run.

  I'm not sure what you mean by charging a fee, but you can apply sales tax. However, be careful as you may have to declare.
