This isn't an official product is it? Looks like a modified Pro Play Home Arcade with extra buttons added. Ergonomicly placed arcade buttons weren't really around much back in the NES/SNES hayday... Where did you get the cabinet?

Very old Bump! If my memory serves me well... Isn't there a Black version of the Pro-Play Home Arcade for the Sega Master System?? I too have the NES one although it currently is not in the best shape. Missing front panel, bezel, plexi and all stickers.
