Looking forward to it. Will post upon receipt. Guessing a couple of weeks, just knowing how the mail generally works from the Great White North.

Normally these arrive in a week but I guess these days nothing is normal anymore. I’m as frustrated with this as you and probably more so, sorry. Fingers crossed they arrive soon.
And here I thought only the USPS was having problems.
Hopefully they will arrive soon.
Thanks
Mike

That’s what I came to check on. My games just arrived today. Will watch this space for updates on the remainder of the SS2 package.

Thanks for the info.
And thanks for the box package that I just ordered.

Anyone have any idea what is meant by “it will initially be offered as a bundle” means?

Email sent.
Now I need to catalog my ROMs and get some more.
-
Are these still available?

Rev always makes good. I know he has had problems getting some supplies, long before the pandemic hit the United States. Glad he has responded.

Picked up my game at the post office. Had to sign for it. No customers charges.
Outer shell box showed wear and had been broken down. But nothing like what others have posted.
I look forward to playing it this weekend.

We'll sell the new "cheap" version as soon as possible, we are now dealing with its components. Regarding the bugs/glitches, we are weighing the pros and cons as the first buyers would have an "inferior" version.
The final idea is to allow everybody to have it's boxed version.
You could develop and sell an updated ROM version -- with a discount for the boxed version buyers.
You could have it tied to an individual's LTO Flash cart to prevent unintended distribution.

Actually, the USPS tried to deliver it today.
I was not there to sign for it and am out of town tomorrow.
The form does not indicate that there is any customs payment due.
So I will go to the post office on Friday.

Mine has finally arrived in the United States and/or passed through Customs.
So it should be arriving soon (fingers crossed).
Interesting that LaPoste says it will require a signature.

True. But at least you have a game to play. After all, you can’t play a box. 😝

Admittedly, Nanochess makes a lot more sense. But you have to admit that Nachoness is a cooler name.
(And believe it or not, there is no nacho emoji but there a chess emoji ♟-

Actually right now there is a bit of a chip shortage. And the game has been popular.
When I mentioned my plight (my order of three games had Aardvark back ordered until Rev gets supplies), Nachoness thought it was funny that he caused a chip shortage.

I am envious hearing everyone talk about getting their game.
Mine seems to be in Customs purgatory as the tracking has not changed in a week.
Well Monday is another week. I just hope it does not take as long as the book I ordered from France in mid-December. It took five weeks (though it did arrive eventually).

Does this mean the supplier has come through?
And it sounds like I need to start saving up a couple of hundred dollars.

I think we sometimes forget that Rev has to do most of the final production and distribution work himself.
He also is reliant on supplies from elsewhere, which I believe is the root cause for much of the current delays.
Also, he is allowed to have a life -- at least on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Saturdays. 8*>

Was the ROM ever released to club members?
I never saw it in the file locker.
(If there are instructions in the box -- I missed them).

OK. I will breathe now. Tracking is worth its weight in Euros.

My wife just threatens to throw away everything in "Messville."
Most of the time though, she just shakes her head and says I have an addiction.
I must say, she may be right as how much I fret and track shipping when I make an order.

Obviously it wont matter to me at that point! 😄
Spiker however will most likely wind up on Ebay.

5 hours ago, tanuki said:Hello Mdoerty,
Perhaps your package is stuck in customs.
We've filled the needed documents to avoid that, but sometimes customs open the package to check it ^^. On these documents it's indicated "books" (to avoid to pay a lot for shipping). It can disturb customs to see a big box as it's not sure it's a book ^^.
But even if that occurs from time to time, buyers always receive their order
I am sure you are right. Hopefully it will move soon. It is just frustrating.
The last time I ordered a book from France, it took five weeks to arrive (it was a book at was labeled "Livres." Hopefully it won't take that long.
Finally, if it ends up being lost in transit, will you be able to replace it -- I see that the game is sold out.

That makes sense as the latest message was posted Friday (31 Jan from LaPoste) or early Saturday (1 Feb from 17Track), depending on the time used by the tracking service.
Hopefully it will move today.
No new information as of 1620 GMT-5 (4:20 PM EST) - the most recent update time on 17Track.
I think I have a love-hate relationship with tracking. I am sure everything will work out and the package will arrive. But patience is a virtue that I do not possess.
Tomorrow is another day to track. 8*>

I am hoping to see mine in the next week (if not the end of this week).
It always seems to take longer than it should for items to arrive from Canada.
But it should be quicker than the 3-plus months it took for 3DS styluses to arrive from the UK (shipped via Deutsche Post for some reason).
