  2. i can´t recommend the N5s as they tend to brick your DS! Happend to a friend of mine...
  3. I think the "Edge" cart has a very nice and clean GUI, it´s not expensive and has a good built quality. Adding games is just a drag-and-drop thing, so your sister should be fine with that. http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.10919
  4. yes, the 3d games are so-so, nice to try but nothing i´d recommend buying the console for. the system also comes preloaded with 16 or so GBAish games, mostly good or mediocre clones of other games...
  5. After a pretty long wait i finally recieved my DINGOO! And it´s a pretty great little system: - great built quality - good controls - decent screen - good TV out the emulators are OK: NES and GBA work pretty much perfect, GENESIS and SNES aren´t that great. To my surprise the NEO GEO and especially the CPS (Capcom Arcade) are brilliant! even the generic games that the system came with are OK (nothing to get excited about, but better than i expected them to be) i also was surprised by the quality of the video and sound capabilities (the built-in speakers aren´t too good but it´s nice with headphones) It would be fantastic to see more HOMEBREW stuff or EULATORS for this nifty little gadget! well worth the money!
  6. they have some generic 3D games on their homepage for that machine, i guess that´s the 3D thing they mention in the description.
  7. i just ordered one of these from DealExtreme and can´t wait to get my hands on it... looks pretty cool what do you think? http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.20217
  8. I think the only one who could pull that off, is Marco. I bet half his collection is boxed up though and it would be tough to photograph 2000+ CIB games in one shot. you can see Marco's collection from the moon when he has them all out at once or build a tower that you can see when flying over the netherlands or build the only hill in the netherlands so they can learn to drive their camper before they come over here and block the Autobahn
  9. If you don't mind my asking, where did you get the 74in1 cart? I've been looking for something like that. got mine here: http://vectrex.playntradeonline.com/ fantastic product, highly recommended
  10. The Colecovision is a great machine with some nice arcade ports, the Intellivision is barely unplayable, at least for me.
  11. i just recievied the pretty awesome 74in1 menu Cartridge for the Vectrex and now i keep asking myself if the games were even better WITH Overlays... What do you think? Do the Overlays make a difference? and: where can i get some good Overlay repros?
  12. yeah, i guess the Red Kid Cartridge is just some vaporware
  13. well, i ship from germany and shipping alone will cost 30$
  14. look at that http://marshallalexander.net/ very geeky, very cool
  15. just checked how much it would cost to ship the MB to the US or Canada: with insurance: 32 Euro without: 18 Euro
  16. make me an offer! more information: http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=134495
  17. oh, OK... it´s a fully working 128in1 VCS clone. i tested it and played around a bit with the games and haven´t found one that i didn´t recognise... so no surprises gamewise but i can confirm that this thing works just fine. i´ll see if i can come up with a list but i doubt it. i simply have not the time at the moment to compile a complete list, especially since i don´t know the correct names of many of the games (there are many hacks) My best guess is, that you can compare the game selection to this one: http://www.atarimania.com/detail_soft.php?...ERSION_ID=17532 There is no menu, you cycle through the games by switching the system on an of. as far as i know this thing is CIB just ask if you have more questions
