Thanks walter_J64bit I thought Telegames was long since closed! I'll check them out! EDIT: Wow does the exchange rate suck! Guess I'll look at pictures of the game at these prices!

So, realistically, the best I can hope to play on my Lynx II is a one level demo of Raiden? I take it real Telegames cartridges are very, very rare (especially if no proper dumps of the game have been made)?

A bit OT: what is the best way to get a copy, reproduction or original, of Raiden Lynx? Wait for the multi-cart project to mature? I also have an EPROM programmer and I notice member 9ElevenGamer above has a repro cartridge. Are these commonly available? I can certainly burn a 27c020 EPROM.

After a day of playing Jag Doom with my original controller (E1M1 up until the Spawning Vats), I am ready to fault the new controller. No signs of problems with the original controller. I can't find any signs of cold solder joints with the broken new controller. Looks like it will be Best Electronics to the rescue with one or two NOS Jag controllers. Thanks for the help Stephen Moss!

Yes, this is my second Jag, so I do have another known good controller. I think the problem is more with the Jaguar than the controller; the lack of UP can occur right after boot, for example. If the problem is with the Jaguar, what would be the likely causes?

I recently purchased a dead ebay jaguar system that had a blown U38 surface mount power regulator. I have fixed that but now I have an odd issue: the Up direction on the joypad randomly disappears on controller port 1. I have done all of the usual fixes with no luck. I have reflowed the solder on the controller pins. I have opened the joypad and cleaned the contacts. I am hoping someone has an answer and can help, otherwise I'll have to cough up money for a new motherboard from Best Electronics. For example: I was playing level 22 of Doom and almost ready to finish it when I went to the options screen for a few minutes. When I came back the Up direction was not registering (but every other button worked). It is not limited to this Doom cartridge either, it has also happened on my copy of Pitfall.

I got this in a mismarked auction, in fairly poor label condition, with rusted screws under the label. It was not booting, and I had to take it apart to get it to boot. I was very surprised to find an EPROM, but I know ColecoVision carts sometimes used EPROMS. Anyhow, is the Digitpress price guide pretty spot on, do I have a $40 cartridge and the newest crown jewel of my small Atari 2600 collection?

I got my copy a day ago and yesterday I dug out my 4 switch to play a bit. The video looked awful, much worse than my perfect looking 2600 games, so I fired it up on my Colecovision Atari expansion module and it looks perfect. Odd. Great game!

New member here, my first post, and my first new 2600 game for my old four switch. Paypal sent! This will be great to play on a real system
