  Indeed there is, complete with a passenger named "Starman". With a copy of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, a towel, a "DON'T PANIC" sign on the dash, and the "Foundation" books on an optical, quartz storage disc. The car is now in a heliocentric orbit that takes it past the orbit of Mars.
