If i ever decide to switch away from iPhone I'll take a look. It was also frustrating that at some point Android File transfer just stopped working. That'snto helpful. I had to literally open my phone, take the SD card out, pop it into an adpater, put it in my mac, manually copy files, then put it back in my phone. That's not the process I want to deal with every day. For all my complaining, iTunes/iOS has been pretty reliable, with a few annoyances here and there.

You can always throw your music collection into Google Music, too. I don't recall if there are limits on how you can use it for free, but if you get YouTube Premium (no ads!) you get Google Music for free. It works really well on the web, too ...unlike Apple Music.

iOS is my favorite platform and operating system in the world thus far. The reason I asked about Dr. M's complains is that there's often a way around what people see as user problems.
