Another game that comes to mind is Half Life 2 for the original Xbox. The Xbox was showing it's age when Half Life 2 was released, literally running a generation of hardware behind. Even so, Valve released an incredible port of Half Life 2 that is easily among the best looking games on the Xbox, and also even fairs well in comparison to the PC original.

Staying on the Sega bandwagon, how about friggin' RoadRash for the Sega Master System? It looks almost as good as the Genesis/MegaDrive version!

Hey guys,
Over the last little bit I've started a new web series I'm calling Uncommon Game Showcase. As the name implies, I'm going through my collection highlighting some uncommon gems that hardcore gamers may have missed. As these aren't really full reviews, I plan to release them on a fairly consistent basis. These will be mostly classic gaming related, but really any console or handheld is fair game for this series.
I've got several out so far, so come check them out!

I like noacs as much as the next retro gamer, but fitting one inside just about anything you want isn't really all that exciting or special. It's fun to see when people do it though, so I applaud the effort. I might actually do this some day myself with one of these Famiclones.
-
This is neat, but it's been done before, and it's also nothing special. NOACs can be made extremely small, but the performance will always be just that of a NOAC.
Even so, I think I might want to give this a go someday. If I do it I'll definitely do it without defacing the cart as he has done. What's the point of using an NES cart if you're just going to end up ruining the label?
-
That wouldn't count for a controller, its a Famiclone. and it's a copy of another Famiclone at that! oy.
I did a review of the Power Joy III on Attack of The Famiclones a while ago.
Also, my last two links aren't showing up here, so I'll repost them.

I'm interested in the Master System. pm sent.
-
Bump. More has been added. I will be adding more photos of more items tomorrow. I can't tonight because I've hit the image limit allowed per day.
-
You're in luck - The parts are interchangeable. They're the same size exactly.
-
Shoot me a pm. I might consider it.
Also, I've reorganized all the items with nice little sections by console. Will now be easier to browse through!
-
More things added yet again. Check the third post to see all the new additions.
-
If you want to buy a Supaboy, I can sell you mine. It's barely used at all and in perfect condition.
-
Of the clones you mentioned, the clear winner is the RetroDuo. The RetroDuo is the most accurate clone, and to boot, has a really good NOAC. You can watch my video review of it for more info.
