Today I had the weirdest problem ever: I went to an ATM and asked for $40.00 and it gave me $60.00!!! I talk to the store manager where the machine is at, and they told me to call the bank. I called the bank who owns it and they told me to call my bank. My bank told me to call the third-party ATM management company. The ATM management company told me to keep it.

  Actually, that is easy: there's plenty of procedures to address being short-changed.
