    this will cost you a ton, but you might have better luck on the neo geo forums. The odds of it having just the joysticks and not the control pads the cd unit normally comes is is slim. I'd say prolly 300 without games, is what you'd be looking at. But yeah, hit up the neo forums. Those guys are great and will be able to help.

    From a personal standpoint if a "doesitstandinup68+1" is selling game X to raise money for his daughter to go to summer camp, and "doesitlyingdown69" is also selling game X for the same price/same condition, but is selling so he can buy a PS3, I personally would buy from the guy sending his daughter to camp. I completely understand some guys could give a shit, but for some of us it does matter.

     

     

    i'd purposely buy from the guy goin for a PS3, and I hate sony.

    as long as i don't see "ive got a baby on the way and need to make room" I don't care. But if i do see that i get pissed. I have a shit ton of video game stuff, and if i was dumb enough to have a kid, I'd still have plenty of room. They might as well just have sais "I shouldn't have gotten married, but im and idiot, and now have a kid on the way, now my bitch wife is forcing me to bail collection, and 'grow up'"

     

    and that is my too much free time as well. Watchin 2 hours of storage wars.

    just my opinion, I think this one would be real. Just because of the box and manual. then again, I know repro boxes are starting to become a problem. I do, however, see a ton of repro texas chainsaw, halloween, custars revenge on ebay all the time. sad part is, is people are paying premium prices for these. I mean, when a seller has more than 1 of something like that, you know its not real. And then I found the site that makes them, and sells them for a ton cheaper. The seller would make no mention of the cart being a fake too.

    not to mention model 1 needs those dumb metal clips. That av adapter cable for the model 1 genesis I once sold on ebay in 2004 for 27 bucks, so I'd say your best bet is to get a model 2 genesis. Then all you'd have to worry about is the standard av cable that goes from the 32x to the genesis.

    if you do get a broken one, they're not all that hard to fix either. Inside is mainly just gears and motors. Generally the motors are fine, as these things were hardly ever used, but the 25 y/o glue on some gears comes off, and just needs to be re done. Now I wouldn't know how to fix the lens' if it's not readin the tv signal. I know it can be a pain to get it in the right spot to work flawlessly.

    Title pretty much sums it up. I now own 2 of the 3 Vectrex Light Pen Games, so now all I need is Animaction.

    Now i already know these are hard to come by on here and a lot of you as well are looking, but I just have to ask, because I need some cd32 games. I now have a cib system, and only 4 games. I've done some research and noticed that these systems don't play PAL all that well. I know there is no games made for NTSC systems, but these systems play certain PAL games just fine, and other games will play with setting changes, and the rest with full on modding the system (or playing through a PAL setting on your tv) I was kinda hoping this would be region free, unless you guys know something that I don't, then definitely let me know. I do have a few games in mind that I'd like to own, but I won't refuse other games at the moment. Here's a few that I'd like:

     

    Flink (really want this one)

    Kid Chaos

    Fears (it doesn't play in NTSC systems, but if you know how, let me know)

    Total Carnage

     

    just to name a few. Any 2d platformer would be great too.

     

    lastly

     

    Just looking for a nice condition of Wild Guns for the SNES. I see these go for, on ebay, from between 35 and 55. I'm not looking to pay a ridiculous price for it (like 55) but I'm not asking for a freebie. I also don't need a mint never used copy, a game that looks good and plays perfect is what Im after. So if you want some money, and have a spare, definitely let me know.

     

    Drop me a pm if you've got any of these laying around that u want to get rid of.

    pretty bad ass. This is like Sega's version of the M82, which was the NES's multi game demo unit. I imagine theres also a timer on this? that way 1 person doesn't just stand there and try to beat an entire game in the store. I'd love to own one of these, but the price or trade options are just way too outta my reach. good luck with the transaction, and thanks for posting this. love seeing new shit.

    It's been nearly three weeks since I won my system on eBay and I've yet to receive it. The seller responded last week with a claim stating that his ex hijacked his eBay and PayPal accounts and he was just getting on top of it. He stated he would ship my package out last weekend and provide me with a tracking number afterward.. Well, it's been a week since that last message and still no response. I've got eight or so CD-i games I've purchased yet no system to play them on. May just open up a dispute if he gives me another BS excuse come this weekend.

    sounds to me you're getting screwed. The pattern fits everytime ive gotten screwed on ebay. Dumb excuse, then no response. I believe masschamber on here may have a cdi for sale once u get your money back on this one.
