    WTB: CD-i games

i have the mystic midway rest in pieces, but right now its not for sale. But i do however, if you're interested have tetris, Golden Oldies jukebox, the palm springs open, and comptons encyclopedia available. If you're interested that is. they're all the long box games games though, but CIB.
  3. pretty much what the topic says. I need 1, but would definitely take 2 or 3 if you've got them for sale. I don't want mint unused condition, but they do need to work flawlessly and look pretty decent. I prefer actually used items and not sat on the shelf untouched crap, as I actually plan on using these. if you've got anything let me know, and hopefully we can work out a deal.
  4. let me start by saying this is a really good topic. And as for me I am a bit overwhelmed, but not to the point to where I'm losing my mind. Recently I moved 4 hours away, and if this thread was before my move, i would've said yes, very overwhelmed. I had 25+ systems all hooked up to 1 tv, all the cords ran and hidden, special shelves made, and the thought of tearing it down was definitely overwhelming. Took close to a day, but i was able to get everything unhooked and neatly packed, and then I made the move. The tear down was easy compared to the re-set up, which I hadn't really thought about. I just kept staring at the boxes, wondering what am I going to do, wheres this gonna go, how much room do I have, i need a shelf here. I also found myself getting real anxious to get it up and done right. It ended up taking me close to a month before i was content with what I had done, and it's still not done. All the while, I'm still picking up stuff from flea markets, and resale shops, and local game shops, and then i deal with where the hell is that shit gonna go. Plus I just re-moved back in with my g/f and she has stuff she collects and wants on display that I have to figure out where that shit fits in. I still have a bunch of stuff in boxes not out, just because I have no room, and it bugs me on a daily basis. To me, if stuff is packed away, out of sight out of mind, whats the point of even owning it, so I need to get the stuff on shelves, somewhere. And besides video games, I also collect random crap from my childhood. just random stuff from the late 80's early 90's like TMNT stuff, cereal boxes, Pee Wee anything, old sodas, toys, list goes on. I also have duplicates of several systems and it's just taking up space in boxes in closets, but I'm too lazy to try to sell the stuff. And imo, i don't really have all the much stuff. 40+ different systems, and 800+ games. It's a baby collection compared to what it could be. I just want to get settled in my own house one day, and have a perfectly set up spare room with everything neatly organized and displayed, but right now, my apartment will do.
  5. well thank god this got brought back from the dead, cause I too would be interested.
  6. and u may notice theres a forum on the top of the marketplace page for u to post these in.
  7. just a quick question on the cd32. Is it the canadian version? I just want to double check, so I can plug it in to our outlets. *EDIT*, nevermind. I see it says US now. But just as a reference, It can't be a US version, as it never was released in our country.
  8. May have well been. I remember 2 games being loose, and as for missing a game, im not too familiar with the entire lineup of this system, but the description said it was complete. I was watching it up till the bitter end. It was at 100 when i saw the auction, and it only had 1 last minute bid to get it to the 150. Yeah, IMO is was a super deal for sure.
  9. if someone talks you into breaking it up, i'll gladly take Warioland off of your hands.
  10. To which which I posted this: OF course, MY post got flagged and removed right away. His stayed up for hours but eventually dissapeared. Dude, you don't have any idea if he would offer fair market value or not... that was kinda a lame thing to do to someone, since, after reading your post, everyone will assume he is a scammer. i agree. It's just trolling. Besides, the odds of someone owning those games and has no idea their value, and they're on craigslist looking at the video game sale section, is probably a billion to 1.
  11. is quest for the rings just boxed or is it complete? Oh and you're price value is accurate. I watched, and almost bid on, the entire odyssey 2 collection all mint complete in box, including the 3 board games, sell for only 150 bucks before shipping. I mean, the system isn't that bad where the whole this is only worth 150, but apparently i was wrong.
  12. great seller. Got a tg16cd from this dude for a deal. Ships fast, and communication is perfect. Thanks for everything.
  13. got a CDI from him, and everything was packed perfectly, and shipped fast. Great seller, and hope to do business with again. Can't say enough good stuff.
  14. 40's a great price. in shops i've seen it go for 50, and my cousin just got one for over 70 on ebay. he's an idiot though. I got mine like 7 years ago for my g/f's birthday. The first game is her fav of all time, so I figured i get her the second one. It was still hard to find on ebay then, but no one was bidding, and i got it with manual for about 20 shipped. Around then, i also got her Snow Brothers for 36, which for me then was a lot for an nes game. Of course i woulda had it cheaper, a day sooner, had the computer not crashed while bidding. I'm actually surprised this hasn't sold yet.
  15. ive got a spare overlay if you want to almost complete this bad boy. when i bought a lot, it was stuffed in with another overlay, but i don't have the actual cart itself.
  16. not that it matters, but i've been looking at the victormaxx on ebay for a bit now, and the most it's sold for was 34 bucks. i have such a slow internet that i can't snipe bid anymore, so i've passed it up the few times i've seen it. just wanted to pass that info along, as it's really the only price source on that device.
  17. i just dumped 200 on a cdi with over 40 games, so Im broke, but this IMO is a great deal. just a bit out of my reach at the moment.
  18. the only one I need is the Faery Tale manual. If you break it up, how much for just that? Shipped only in a standard 44 cent stamp envelope?
  19. seems like everytime I think it's a bit dated, i end up seeing more and more stuff closer to their guide. i guess it depends on the day.
