    I don't know how I feel about this... I recently sold (or tried to sell) a CIB copy of Conker's Bad Fur Day. The auction was only for 3 days, it got bid up and sold. Two days go by and NOTHING from the buyer and then I get a message from the person telling me they can't pay and they want to cancel the transaction. WTF? Am I still going to be billed by Ebay for my listing? I will NOT be listing it again if so. I know its not alot of cash but I am still pissed about it. ugh. going back to bed....

    For a trade, I traded what was probly worth over $200 worth of misc games I had accumulated for $100 worth of in-store credit at my favorite retro games shop to get a mint copy of Suikoden 2 and Herzog Zwei both CIB for my collection. (no cash involved)

     

    As far as most cash spent on a single used game, I paid $50 for a mint CIB black label Final Fantasy 7 from a member at digitpress.

    I already have the version of chrono trigger that came on Final Fantasy Chronicles for PS1. I recently decided I wanted an actual SNES copy, so I have been browsing around a bit and the game has doubled in price on Amazon in like 2 weeks, wtf!? I don't like it when I get the urge to buy a specific game and the prices are crazy... It really went up a solid $30 for a used copy on amazon, from $38 to $68....argh...

    Just to see if there is any interest here...

     

    This is a really nice copy of a really cool game. I like having it in my collection, but I have a baby on the way and need to buy some things so I wanted to test the waters here.

    Both game discs (absolutely flawless)

    Prima Strategy Guide. (it looks like I just pulled it off the store shelf)

    I am curious if other people are slightly irked/annoyed about stuff that goes on in video games. My favorite example is from Contra for NES.

     

    On the label art there are two tough looking dudes with bigass guns.

     

    Your sprite in game is pretty badass looking too. He looks like he can handle himself.

     

    BUT NO.

     

    He didn't count on ENEMY SOLDIERS OUT FOR A JOG.

     

    The first bad guy you see is just a dude, and he is jogging. He clearly isnt brandishing a weapon that I can see. If you just stand there, he should just run right past you, no harm, no foul. But what happens??? Your character does a backflip and dies while a dramatic sound effect plays. Try it, just concentrate on the "interaction" between you and the bad guy, and try not to laugh. :)

     

    Seriously, like the first 3 seconds of the game lets you experience this phenomenon. And this is not the only game guilty of this weirdness.

     

    It just bugs me.

     

    Anyone else care to share something like this that bugs the hell out of you?

    Title says it all. Anyone have a really nice copy for sale?

     

    Mainly looking for a loose cart but a CIB or loose with manual would not get overlooked. Cash on hand. :thumbsup:

     

    I have one but the label is trashed (It is my original copy and it survived me and my toddler brother when I was in high school)

     

    Looking to do a resto.
