I had my 2nd shot of Covid-19 vaccine yesterday (Moderna). I didn't turn green or sprout gills. I heard there can be a severe immune response, but I didn't get that fortunately unless it kicks in today.

Wife and I are both nurses, I have an odd dominant set of Native American genes that try their hardest to reject modern medicine, dissolvable stitches don't dissolve, meds make me sick, etc, etc(hard to explain-I'm not exactly "Indian", tho that would be cool, but it's just a set of random dominant x's or y's, haha).
She really doesn't want me to get the shot, thinks I'll be the one in a million to develop a problem.
Pretty sure I had it anyway, November 2019, tho that's early, was Thanksgiving, and everybody thought I was gonna die, lol, was a "weird sick".
(I don't much go to the doc, for the abovestated reasons...).
Prolly people should get it, for the most part tho, I think.

Had my 2nd Moderna shot on the 20th. Smooth sailing afterwards. Just a slight soreness where I got the shot, just like with the flu shot. Now on the 22nd, I had to rub the spot to feel any soreness just now, so it's virtually gone now.
I did get mild side effects with the first round. About 6-7 hours later I had cold chills, my body ached, and I felt like I had been ran over by a truck. Took a nap feeling like I do when the flu is starting to hit me and forced myself to get up after perhaps 3 hours, and soon afterwards felt fine.
I thought that almost guaranteed that shot #2 would be a bit unpleasant for a while, since it's the one that's typically the problem judging by what the media reports. But absolutely nothing of note happened.
